  • Beach side house with a stunning view and a great location for exploring the beautiful local area

This house is in a tremendous location right on the beach affording superb views. It’s wonderfully quiet, except for the crashing of the waves. Tywyn itself is close to so many places of interest you struggle to fit everything in. It’s easy to find and the owners are happy to help wherever they can. Thoroughly recommended property.

  • A lovely, cosy and comfortable property in the quiet and friendly village of Corris.

We stayed at Trigfan during the October 2018 half term, with our two young boys, and had a wonderful time. The property was very clean, warm and had everything we needed to make our holiday enjoyable, definitely a home from home. The village of Corris is quiet and the locals extremely friendly and helpful. There are plenty of beautiful local walks direct from the doorstep and we also did some running and cycling locally too - lots to explore! The property is in a great location for exploring mid Wales. Highly recommend The Mawddach Trail, an 18 mile flat, family friendly, cycling route, through breathtaking scenery from Dolgellau to Barmouth. Also the Ceredigion Coast Path, a great walking treat! The Centre for Alternative Technology is a great day out, we all came away feeling inspired. Make sure you visit Idris Stores in Corris and try the 'Corris Grey' along with a blueberry scone, delicious! If you are a Parkrunner, the nearerst Parkrun is just 20 minutes away in Dolgellau, where I was made to feel very welcome. There's so much to do and see in the area we can't wait to return! Thank you Andrew for letting us stay in your lovely home.
