This ground floor apartment is probably around 12 years old and is on a mixed development of houses and apartments which appear to be all privately owned and are very well maintained. There is a convenient allocated parking space.
The area is quiet residential and very leafy and pleasant.
The apartment itself has 2 decent sized double bedrooms with lovely comfortable beds and good quality linens. It has recently been refurbished and is spotless in the way of furnishings and decor.
The bathroom is very nicely fitted, again, all new, with a walk in shower with options for a hand held shower spray if you choose not to use the enormous overhead rose!!
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals and we were very pleased to find the basics of tea, coffee etc, plus washing up liquid and bin bags
Overall, a great little apartment that won't disappoint
We have stayed at other accommodation in this area but this is by far the best & perfect in every way. From our 1st contact with Catherine everything was dealt with very professionally & she is a pleasure book with, communication was excellent. The apartment is extremely clean & is tastefully furnished & very comfortable. We will certainly be rebooking as we are regularly in this area. Off road parking is a real bonus as is the garden.
