            A brilliant holiday

This is a stunning property in a wonderful location with every comfort . It is beautifully appointed and maintained inside and out with lots of space for everyone to do their own thing - whether enjoying a drink and the view under parasols on the terrace ( we had lovely weather), watching TV in the lounge or a DVD in the film room, or swimming in the large pool . It's a short walk down into Torquay for ice creams ( quite a steep climb back if on foot ) and we also enjoyed the unspoilt beach a short drive away at Maidencombe where there is a small beach cafe .The villa owners were very helpful and responsive and left good clear instructions including for the covered pool which proved easy to manage and was loved by the children. We wanted a treat and we were not disappointed..

Beautifully presented Villa, all mod cons, short walk to the harbour, private and peaceful.

Perfect base and close to Torquay harbour. Period features throughout, large rooms, mature private garden, separate dining room, off road parking. If you're after something a bit special this is it. Torquay has some great fish restaurants and newer chains such as Iguana, all within a beautiful evening stroll. Recommend Oddicombe beach and the ferry to Brixham. Plenty to do and see, good public transport links, cheap train ride to Exeter to shop on a rainy day. Make sure you pack your trainers/walking shoes, the inclines will get you fit!
