Beautiful spot for adults and children. Amazing sunsets.

Beautiful setting with so much room for three lively boys. So quiet. Walked to the local pub, The Chequers, for lunch, great food and service. Had a takeaway Indian meal from The Vine and Spice, best we have ever had. Well equipped kitchen does mean you can cook for yourselves too! Fab bath towels, large, white and fluffy. Lots of hot water and great heating system, fine for a stay in winter. Really hope to be back very soon. Thank you.

My friend and I and our 2 young boys stayed at Laurie's place as a stop over for Legoland. We hadn't planned it that way but we completely landed on our feet! Laurie and Tim couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. They had thought of everything even down to a loaf of bread, milk, butter and eggs in the fridge! The lodge itself is really cosy and clean, with plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. The boys had a fantastic time in the pool and the grown ups had a fantastic time sitting by the side of it. We are just now looking for an excuse to come back. Thanks Laurie and Tim!
