Property situated in a great spot, close to the coast.
It is a great condo, but for what we paid we felt it needed to be updated. The whole place needs painting.
Chesterfields need to be replaced after years of use.
Mattresses in main bedroom are very soft - need to be replaced. Extra shelf in bathroom is needed.
Kitchen: A set of dishes would be welcomed. It is our understanding that this has been asked for before!
An Excellent Well Maintained Apartment
The apartment is about 75 metres from the beach and we made the most of it. The layout of the apartment has an easy flow to it all rooms are where you would expect to find them. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need and all items clean as well as the kitchen. We only used the kitchen for breakfast and the odd lunch all other meals we ate out. There are so many eating places within walking distance that you would never use the same one twice. Pedro the owner kept us informed all the way through the transaction of booking the apartment and answering questions you may have. On arrival his manager met us and showed us around and explained how things work etc. I should say here that normally Pedro would do this himself but it was Easter weekend when we arrived and he had his family visiting and he does not live in Fuengirola. I can assure you his stand in was more than capable. All in all the apartment was home from home not that we used it too much but the TV had enough English channels to keep you occupied (watch the news that was about it). You would have to go along way to match this apartment most certainly we would use it again. If you want to book I would think you need to start looking now for next year as I can't see this property staying idol for long. Great apartment great Host.
