Fantastic villa in beautiful surroundings

5 of 5
A lovely villa, the pictures do not do it justice. Spacious, well equipped with comfortable beds. Great shutters on the bedroom windows that kept out the early morning sun so everyone slept well. The pool and garden are wonderful, clean and very well maintained (although cold in May!) Dolores, the manager is brilliant and our booking of the villa through her was very smooth. She lives in the village and was there to meet us when we arrived late evening. She will provide you with a very detailed summary of the local area, restaurants and things to do - saved me hours of research. We visited Nirjar (the viewpoint at the very top of the old part of town is a must) and also took our 4 year old twins and 10 year old son on a caving trip. Car is definitely needed and would recommend a drive through the National park to appreciate the scenery (our kids loved the winding roads). The local beach (just over 5 min drive) is really beautiful with warm, clear water for paddling or swimming. If you want a holiday in a Spanish village, away from the crowds of tourists with stunning scenery this is it.
