Bilbao is a beautiful city and the people are very friendly. Our apartment was very well situated in the old town right across from the fantastic covered market. Our stay there was very comfortable with everything we needed. We hope to return one day.

Posizione centralissima, casa accogliente. Nessuna persona al check-in e check-out, chiavi lasciate al bar sotto, in casa a parte la wi-fi nessuna indicazione sulla gestione della casa come: il riscladamento autonomo, utensili, funzione della macchinetta del caffè, del piano a induzione, ecc. Se ci fosse stato qualcuno al check-in avremmo potuto fare domande e risolvere in maniera più semplice. La casa rispecchia le foto, ma la dimensione della 2 stanza con 2 letti è molto più piccola di quella che si vede in foto e i 2 letti separati praticamente sono uniti per il poco spazio. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato tutta la biancheria (lenzuola, asciugamani) dei precedenti clienti stesi per tutto il salone, sopra i termosifoni e sedie, debbo dire imbarazzante. Abbiamo subito fatto presente all'Host il disagio, ma la risposta è stata deludente e indifferente. In bagno abbiamo trovato saponette sporche con capelli e rasoi da uomo usati, abbiamo dovuto riporli noi. Tutta la roba per le pulizie (scopa, mocho, panni, ecc.) lasciate in salone a vista. Peccato per queste disattenzioni perchè le potenzialità della casa sarebbero alte, per centralità, panorama e struttura casa. Il costo dell'intera casa è troppo alto per le condizioni e attenzioni offerti all'interno di essa, vale solo per la posizione. Peccato.
