  • Wonderful location in a beautiful village

If you are looking for a well positioned, quirky and typical Spanish place to stay in this beautiful village, then look no further. Only minor downside is lack of parking. Maybe not the place to stay for anyone who struggles with steps.

This is a lovely base for a stay close to Benalmádena Pueblo, it's such a pretty village. The villa is exactly like the photos portray on the web site. There were six of us, two couples and two teenagers and it was comfortable for all. The kitchen is well equipped and we used the BBQ a couple of times. As it was late October we requested that the pool be heated and it was like a warm bath. We received a thoughtful welcome pack on arrival which was a nice touch. Our car hire fell through but we managed fine without one, the village is about a 20 min walk up a steep hill and you can get buses from there, alternatively there is a train station a 20 min walk down hill. There are plenty of good restaurants in the village (our favourite was an Italian called Da Cosimo), we did a trip to the marina which was a bit of a contrast. Mijas is also worth a visit. We had a great time at Casa Burton!
