              Spring in Ara romana

              5 of 5
We have just returned from Rome and stayed at the great Bungalow with garden. The location is perfect for relaxation and quite evenings. At our arrival, because it was raining that night, Franca and her husband picked us from the airport and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine with home made canapes. My family enjoy very much the place and my son like to play in the playground. The place is full of nature with trees, birds and even we got acquainted with two horses in the way to the station. Also, we were able to use two bicycles to go to the train station. Franca is a perfect host, very helpful with advice and ideas over any requirement. The house was all furnished, clean and comfortable. This is an excellent place from where to explore and visit Rome.

A piece of paradise in Italy.

This place and house is a piece of paradise in Italy. We had everything we wanted: beautiful beach and pure water in the lake, ancient quiet town, perfect house we lived in, unforgetable view from the balcony. Great thanks to Luisa, we hope to come back next summer.

Our family of four (including a teenager and a 10 year old) had a wonderful time at Villa Laura. It is the second time that we have stayed here and this time we hired a car so that we were able to go sight-seeing to Rome and Lake Bracianno and also shopping at the local supermarket and shops; it's a lot easier to get to with the car. The pool and garden at the villa are absolutely fantastic! The pool is 50' x 25', so lots of space for fun with the kids! The outdoor shower was also wonderful; if you leave it running for a couple of minutes, the water heats up. Laura's mum cooked some delicious food for us which we ate on the balcony, surrounded by beautiful countryside. We also ate out at the local restaurant too, Meraviglioso, which is a 15 minutes (max) walk down the road from the villa; wonderful service and yummy food! We'll definitely be staying again at Villa Laura. It's far enough away from the 'touristy' bits but close enough to get out to them if you want to, by car or train.
