Like Mary Poppins - Practically perfect in every way!

We were lucky enough to have found The Cabin, which we stayed in for 2 weeks in September 2016. It was absolutely perfect in every way, stunning location and you would be hard pushed to find a better holiday home. Absolutely everything has been thought about, kitchen cupboards well stocked too. The owners, Rod & Bernadette are also the most perfect hosts and are always there should you need them and because we arrived on a Sunday when shops are shut, they bought enough provisions in for us to eat and drink in the evening - that's the level of thoughtfulness that comes with them. The location is perfect for a rural retreat but is also just 5 minutes away from the nearest town. There are some gorgeous sandy beaches all around which are quiet so you have plenty of space around you. This is a great location for seeing the real Greece rather than just being in a tourist trap - lots of history around ie: Olympia & ancient monuments to visit, waterfalls and drive up in the mountains to a stunning Port to the South (Pylos) and wonderful secluded beaches and villages you find on your travels. Thank you so much Rod & Bernadette for a wonderful holiday. Simon & Caroline Prowse
