A spacious, very well equipped and stylishly furnished cottage. Super cosy on a cold day with a wood burner but equally great on a sunny day with French windows opening on to a patio with chairs and table to enjoy the expansive views of Shropshire and sounds and smells of the country. Not too far away from civilisation, shops and a local pub with great food and craft beer. A number of walks directly from the cottage, you can spend days without needing to get into the car. Well placed to visit not only Shropshire but North Wales and Snowdonia, Mid Wales and the other border counties, Chester and the Midlands. We stayed for three months and it was a real home away from home. Missing it already!
A modern and well-appointed home with plenty of space for our group (3 couples + a baby). Very very rural setting down narrow lanes but only 10 minutes from the A5 so well placed for local attractions. Owners were quick to respond to a small maintainance problem (just bad luck) which was great. A good stay.
