Advertised for up to 5 people (1 bedroom + sofa beds) however only one key is provided which is not useful if the renters have different itineries, as we did, and will be leaving and arriving at different times. It was not clear until booking complete and paid for that only one key would be provided. Did ask for another key but on check-in our check-in guide did not know about this, and no second key provided. Other apartments managed in this block by same team do have a second key apparently, so you may want to double check before booking this particular appartment. Door (?fire door) onto spiral staircase required opening and going up a couple of stairs and closing the door before being able to go down the stairs. This is a spacious appartment for up to 5, however the bathroom is on-suite to the bedroom (and in need of redecoration) and the toilet is separate and 'onsuite' to the lounge/kitchen area and sofa beds. The kitchen area was suitably furnished with microwave, hob, oven, kettle, toaster etc, however there was minimal crockery, glasses, cutlery and utensils (no bread knife - in France!). Would be difficult to make a full dishwasher load as suggested for dish washing. Wifi available but frequent drop of signal which also affected the TV and necessitated reboot on a regular basis. Unfortunately we discovered a leak from the hot water tank which was spreading into the bathroom. We were happy to make temporary fix (large saucepan to catch the water) and management team contacted and maintenance person attended (they had another key!). It is a nice apartment and in a good area for our purposes (conference and sightseeing), metro station around the corner. We would consider rebooking again if another key was made available.
