We - granny, kids & grandwe'ans - had a lovely time both on the Black Isle and in the Anchorage. The house has character as well as being comfortable, and is convenient for all the interesting (and luscious) things to see in the village.
We had a week at Isle of Seil at the cottage. The pre-information was well laid out, welcoming and in good time. The cottage let no one from my party of four. An 18 year old up to revise, my wife and I and 87 year mother in law. Oh, and a Border terrier. The cottage itself has a warm feel with an excellent family room - everyone agreed, indeed my wife now has the dimensions for our next house. A neat dining room off the well proportioned kitchen and three bedrooms all good size with en suite in one and easy access to bathroom from the others. Ideally positioned for the week we visited Easdale twice, with lunch and drinks at the Oyster bar and my daughter and I travelled down - 10 minutes from the cottage, to see the most glorious sunset over Mull. Good walking on the hills local on Isle of Seil when we left Mother in. Law for a couple of hours reading her book. Visits through the week to Mull. Loch Awe, Avich and Etive and lunches at Kilmelford, Poppies at Connell and Duart castle on Mull. Thorough;y recommend this property - great place to chill and see the west highlands.
