My husband and I have just spent 3 nights at La Grika in the top cottage and enjoyed it very much. We had booked to stay at La Franchina a little lower down the hill side but due to such wet weather in this region, Livia thought we would be more comfortable here. This unseasonable wet has made stone buildings a little damp. The views are wonderful and when the sun is shinning it is a great sun trap. Good seating areas outside to relax in, shade if you need it. Parking is in a small lay-by on the road at the top. We enjoyed sitting in the late afternoon on the roof terrace with the sun going down behind us facing out to see. Great sunrises to be see from here. Would come back to stay again as the region is very beautiful. Breakfast in St Teresa pasticceria is a must. The pastries and cakes are delicious and great value for money.
