We spent three nights in Wartburgblick, which lives up to its name - the castle overlooks the town and is easily visible from the windows. The holiday house (on two floors) is part of a larger property which is currently being worked on. There's a steep path up to the house which could cause problems to some people. However, the holiday home itself is worth the climb and appears to have been only recently renovated. Everything was in immaculate condition, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable sitting room, excellent bedrooms and bathroom. We felt very much at home, and particularly enjoyed the personal touches left by our hosts, such as jigsaw puzzles, as well as the useful local information.
We have been here two weeks and really enjoyed the peace and little tourism in sight, and our excellent bevallen.Het cottage is very child friendly with baby accessories such as crib, changing table, stool / step stool for toilet use (we had no children under 7 years), toys for the children, plastick plates, bowls and cups aanwezig.Ondanks that both children have been sick in the holidays they have a lot of enjoyed also the table tennis and trampoline and a bit further a voetbalveld.Voor us a must for peace and families.
