  • Lovely, cosy and friendly cottage
    5 of 5

We needed a bit of a break from our routine and were heading to Scotland where we had found this lovely cottage to stay for 2 nights with 2 boys and our Springer Spaniel. What we found exceeded our expectations as the cottage is even better than on the photos. There was delicious cake and biscuits as a welcome and wood for the wood burner which we immediately started. We had some minor difficulties but they were quickly solved as Patsy and Alan were just a phone call away, and so responsive. Alan gave us some great advice where to go for food and we got some really tasty Fish & Chips as a Take Away. Well, to cut a long story short - we had a superb time and we will definitely be back.

  • Charming and characterful place to stay

It’s fun to stay somewhere a bit different, and even better when it’s as comfortably furnished and well equipped as the Cider Tower. From kitchen to bathroom and utility there is everything you need and more. Lovely linens on the four poster, comfy sofas. Warm welcome with tea tray and cake. And a peaceful spot where you can do some star gazing on clear nights but walk into town in 15 minutes. Warm and responsive hosts with tons of advice and tips to enjoy your stay.
