- Fantastic house in quiet area of old Nice
The owners have put a lot of love into making this old property a comfortable and charming holiday home. Good sized house for 2 couples or a family. Newly refurbished kitchen has everything you need - nice to have an oven, often find places have just hob which limits what food you may prepare. View from balcony is great, esp in evening as the hills look like they’re draped with strings of fairy-lights. Watch out for the noon ‘canon’, the boom is clearly heard from the house which is no inconvenience & something to listen out for :) I would recommend this property. The owner has been great with email correspondence and the lady who does the cleaning etc was also very helpful & friendly.

We found the apartment just as described, perfect for those who are not looking for luxury but only want a clean simple small family apartment for holiday in Menton.The location was perfect for us everything we needed was in the apartment,shops and restaurants were close at hand.We found Massimo just as described a gentleman and a most helpful host.We will return soon I hope.
