  • A beautiful apartment

Everything went very smoothly from communicating with Ian (the owner) who sent all the details that we needed to access the property and lots of info about what was about and around. The apartment lacked for nothing it had it all from your knives and forks to a washing machine, dryer and even a dishwasher not that we used that as the wife already has me as a dishwasher LOL. We did have an issue with the TV but a quick call to Ian got that sorted. You have two bedrooms one is ensuite and they are both a good size so if you are two couples or a family with a couple of kids then you will have ample room. Would I stay here again, you bet I would everyone we met was friendly and a lot of the Portuguese people we found spoke very good English so that was a bonus as I can get along a little bit in that language but I am in now way fluent. The area was lovely and quiet and places like Lagos were within an hour or so's drive, I would definitely recommend a visit to the nearby town of Loule which has actually retained for the most part the old world charm of a town that has not given in to too many modern apartment blocks and has a great little market on a Saturday and is not to be missed and neither is the Sunday Market in Vilamoura where if you haggle you can get a great deal. One guy was trying to sell me a jacket for 125 euros and he eventually came down to 40 euros so it is worth the haggle. So if you want a peaceful rest or just a great family holiday the this is the apartment to go for in this area.

The apartment was really nice, clean and fully equipped with all we needed for our stay. The apartment is within walking distance to the restaurants/bars and the beach. I do not recommend car hire for this apartment. The reps were very helpful.
