Overall: Overall it was a great stay. Rooms were perfect for what we needed. Views are amazing. It is good for big groups of 10 or more. Big upstairs meeting room, plenty of space. Enjoyed Most: We liked the rooms and the views. The property owner did not bug you. Very spacious. Enjoyed Least: One lane, unpaved, rocky road leading to the villa made driving in the dark a challenge. Our car got stuck in the vineyard clay. Surrounding Area: It is centrally located to Florence, Siena, and other great day trip cities, but again at night driving home is tricky. It is surrounded by several wineries and the one that we choose was very good Cinciano Winery was the bomb and highly recommended. Tips or Restaurants: There is a grocery store in the small town. Load up with the basic stuff. Wine is provided by the villa and it is quite good. Note that heating is not available by law until after November 1st; we were there the last week of October and it go chilly. Directions: GPS is needed, but it gives you different directions each time to the villa.

Overall: We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were happy with the villa. The location was awesome. We traveled throughout Tuscany and found the villa to be centrally located making travel easy. It was nice to return home each day. Enjoyed Most: Location. It was spectacular. Also the villa had all the amenities our travel group of six adults needed. Enjoyed Least: Outside grounds need work. The removal of some scrub trees would have provided a much better view. The washing machine was difficult to operate and didn't always cooperate. Instructions in English would have helped. Surrounding Area: We loved the hill towns and wineries. Views were breathtaking. Nearby Events or Locales: Castellina in Chianti was the closet town but it was not walkable. Tips or Restaurants: We visited during September and found that period to be very comfortable. Check In Out: Both the check in and check out went smoothly. One additional comment. On our last day, we purchased a bottle of wine at the winery and received a good discount. Had we known that at check in, we would have purchased more. It was good wine.
