About Hollie Ivy
I am an Alaskan girl who's relocated to Europe and am currently residing in England / Scotland following an 8 year stint in Germany. After spending many years with my grandmother who ran a bed and breakfast on a glacier lake in Moose Pass, Alaska I developed a real passion for hosting travellers. As a small girl I always enjoyed the stories I heard from around the world, the delightful conversation and the endless joy that new places and experiences brought so many in my grandmother's home. Today, I strive to honour her memory by sharing this experience with others and hope that everyone who stays in our properties leaves feeling refreshed and enriched in some way. To all those who wander, happy travels.

Why Hollie Ivy chose Ballindalloch
I've always loved the Scottish highlands and when this unique cottage came onto the market I couldn't resist the traditional architecture, the location, the stone features and having the river running along the rear garden is just idyllic.

Lovely cottage, beautiful area
The cottage was cosy and welcoming. The area was just outstanding.
A charming cottage with a river flowing behind it,this is a wonderful place to stay. Cozy and in a great condition and furnished to a high standard it is worth every penny of the cost per night. Thanks so much to Helen and Steve for their help and attention to detail. We even had a fire made up in the log burner ready to light on arrival.
Great place to stay... I would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Scotland from a base camp.
Many thanks Tiya & Davey Helen & Steve I`m sure we will visit again.
Beautiful cottage and surroundings. Can’t wait to go back
We had a lovely girls night. The cottage is cozy and inviting. The river to the back of the cottage is breathtakingly stunning! We will definitely be booking again
Charming cottage in beautiful Speyside country.
We loved staying in this comfortable home. The creek really is right out the back door.
Beautiful walking trails through the local hillsides; walk to Glenlivet distillery and just 20-30 minute drive to Dufftown and multiple distilleries. We didn't want to leave.
Logo tranquillo, immerso nella natura e molto curato.
