This owner's house is very comfortable and spacious. It is has a 300 sq.m living space on a 1250 sq.m land. The house offers 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 toilets, a garden with pool, deck chairs, a ping-pong table, a delightful terrace with summer kitchen and BBQ, alarm, and Wi-Fi. The location is ideal and close to the village and the sea, but it is peaceful. You can find many activities around Roquebrune sur Argens, a Provencal market with local products in the surroundings, and a supermarket nearby. It is possible to take a boat in Issambres or in St. Maxime for a 20 min trip to St. Tropez. You will not be disappointed about the region.
This house is the place where we have from 1999, and it was not intended to be rented. The house is comfortable and has been tastefully furnished.
For me, the location is ideal, close to the sea, the countryside, the motorway, and the airport.
The owner is a very nice lady, took us around the house and explained everything very well. Good location, Swimming pool was nice and clean. Lots of good spaces to relaxe. Well equipet kitchen. Wonderfull coveret teress with good grill. 5 good bedrooms. We arrived when it was very very hot and there were only to fans in the house. So no aircóndistion. We bourght a few fans and the rest of the holliday was splendit. Parking was fine. There where good fridge storage. All in all a place to recomend. You will enjoy the little town of Roquebrune. France at its best.
Sea, water pond, water skiing, mountain bike, golf, and shopping.
