Awesome 6 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, huge kitchen, living room, garden

This home sleeps 14 with 6 bedrooms (1 king, 4 double) and a sofa bed or double air mattress. Each bedroom is styled in a modern way but keeping the original features of this Victorian house. The bedrooms are spread over three levels with the other living areas found on the ground floor so that everyone has space even large groups. The house is often booked and guests have commented on how large that house is and how it is so convenient for visits to London. It takes about 20 minutes to get to central London and it is also easy to get to the major airports (about 60-90 minutes away) and the Eurostar is only 15 minutes away.

Guest can enjoy a living room with a Freeview television , a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining table which seats 14 people, 2.5 bathrooms with one conveniently located on the ground floor, a utility room with a washing machine, a back garden with clothes lines for drying washing and powerful wireless internet with access across the house. Heating is controlled by a smart Nest thermostat which together with double glazing and central heating ensure that you stay warm. Hot water is on constantly and on demand.

All guests are welcomed equally as the next which means that all linen and towels are freshly washed and the house is cleaned before each check in.

Guests are provided with towels, linen, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, hand wash, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, soap and hairdryers. The kitchen is equipped with tableware, cutlery, pans, utensils, foil, kitchen towels, oven glove, tea towels and basic supplies. There is a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, gas hob and coffee press.

The house is also family friendly with baby equipment such as travel cot, baby chair, potty and bath available on request.

Why Praveen Jeetun chose Harringay Gardens

The neighbourhood is a vibrant and diverse area of London popular with young professionals and families. There are many restaurants, cafes and grocery stores just round the corner and the public transport is great so you do not need a car to get around. One of London's best parks is also in the area, Finsbury Park, where you can see swans and other birds in the pond.

There is a bus stop a few seconds away on the main road which go to Central London or tube stations nearby such as Manor House and Finsbury Park. There are also two overground train stations a short walk away (Haringey Green Lanes and Haringey). It is really easy to travel to London.

As this is a residential area it is also very quiet and safe.

The house is very spacious and can accommodate large groups in comfort. We have hosted groups of up to 15 guests, even a whole football team!

Perfect host, perfect house

The house was perfect. Clean and in great shape. The location was near a bus stop and a short waking distance to the train station. Parking is ridiculous but everywhere in London is. No need for a car though because you are near public transportation. No air conditioning but usually not a problem in London. We just happened to be there in the hottest weather in decades.

The big selling point is the ownership. In the years I have been staying in homes, they were the most conscientious, courteous and caring I have met. It is worth the stay because of them. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
