The solid timber dining suite with 6x chairs is adjacent to the fully equipped chic kitchen with stainless steel appliances including full size fridge / freezer, dishwasher, under bench oven, gas stove stop and plenty of space on the marble bench-tops to prepare meals.

The each bedroom offers a queen size bed, bedside tables, built-in robe and ceiling fan with the main bedroom also offering ocean views to Boat Harbour,balcony access and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath, sink and toilet. The main bathroom has a 2nd shower overa spa bath (standard size), vanity and toilet.

Other features include a study area for travelling business men and women, internal laundry facilities a 2nd toilet and parking for 2 vehicles in the allocated carport space. The beautiful One Mile Ridge Estate is gated for guest security and also offers full use of the communal invisible edge swimming pool plus communal BBQ area on the decking surrounding the pool area.

A peaceful holiday is virtually guaranteed when you stay in the beachside village of Boat Harbour. Surrounded by National Parklands, the heart of Boat Harbour is a protected sandy beach, ideal for the little ones. There is a council park ideal for family picnics as well as toilet facilities. Alternately you could discover Boat Harbours surf break at Kingsley Beach located at the western end of the point which is also ideal for watching the whales as they migrate up and down the east coast between Mid-May and Mid-November annually. Professional and even amateur fisherman will enjoy casting out into the calm waters from one of the many rocky waterfront positions or launch your boat from Boat Harbour Beach or alternatively you could sit on the balcony with a nice glass of wine, a good book and simply relax.

If credit card details cannot be supplied a Security Deposit is payable (Security Deposit amount varies per property). Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 working days of your departure date. Schoolies bookings are NOT ACCEPTED under any circumstance.
    This property is offered fully self-contained and is not serviced. Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and face cloths are supplied with all bookings made after 25/8/15.
