Linen is provided to guests at this beautiful pet friendly (small dogs only) holiday home, including sheets and bathroom towels so guest will only need to bring beach towels. This single level holiday house has been tastefully appointed throughout including the tiled air conditioned open plan family room which offers 2x 2 seater lounges, a 55 inch SONY Brava LCD TV, Blu-ray DVD, video, CD player, i-pod docking station, Wi-Fi access, electric heating, a solid timber dining suite for 7 guest and sliding glass doors that open up to a paved undercover entertainment area with outdoor setting, gas BBQ and 2x sun chairs. The spacious fully equipped kitchen has a wall oven, a ceramic BOSCH stovetop, Miele dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, a ceiling fan and a granite breakfast bar with 2 stools. Although the kitchen overlooks the main living area and back entertainment area it also has sliding door access to a carpeted formal lounge room area which offers a modern lounge suite, a 2nd 55 inch SONY Brava LCD TV, FOXTEL Gold, a Blu-ray DVD, CD player, i-pod docking station, Wi-Fi, ceiling fan plus a study area with desk and an arm chair for reading a good novel.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, bedside tables, built-in robe, ceiling fan and a private ensuite bathroom with heat/fan/light combination, a heated towel railing, glassed shower, vanity and toilet. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen size bed, bedside tables, built-in robe and ceiling fan with the 3rd bedroom offering 2x king single beds, bedside table, built in robe and a ceiling fan.The owner provides linen for each bed so guests only need to bring their bath and beach towels. The 3-way bathroom has heat/fan/light combination a corner bath, glassed shower, a separate toilet and vanity. The internal laundry positioned off the main living area comes with a top loading washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities plus back door access to the rear clothes line.

Other features of this property include a double lock-up garage with a Table Tennis Table and patio access plus driveway parking for 2 vehicles or your boat trailer. There is a 2nd seating area in the garden which has been named The Crows Nest and offers scenic and water views. A swimming beach is only 10 minute walk with Anna Bay only 5 minutes by car for village shops, post office, bakery, newsagency, petrol station and Tavern. The Nelson bay CBD and Marina are approximately 10 minutes by car and offer boutique shopping, award winning restaurants, bars and cafes. Smaller trailer boats can be launched off Boat Harbour Beach or there is a 4x lane all tide boat ramps located at Little Beach, Shoal Bay, Salamander Bay and Soldiers Point.

    A guest registration form is required to be completed for all bookings.  The registration form requests details of your name, address as well as credit card details and card holders signature.  If credit card details cannot be supplied a $1000.00 security deposit is payable.   Any refund of security deposit will be returned by cheque within 14 working days of your departure date. Sorry, Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate for these bookings.

    This property is offered fully self contained and is not serviced. You are required to bring your own linen and toiletries including sheets, towels, pillow cases, bath mats, washers and tea towels. For an additional fee you may order linen packs as an extra with your booking. This will be delivered to the property for your arrival. A limited amount of toilet paper and dish washing liquid or powder and cloths may be supplied and therefore we recommend you bring your own with you to avoid running out.
