From the moment you enter this property you will feel instantly relaxed and at home, with the veranda welcoming you to the property overlooking the fantastic hinterland views and offers outdoor seating for 2. The combined open plan lounge and dining room features 2x 2 seater lounges, timber and wrought iron coffee table, side board and matching dining suite with seating for 6, a 32 flat screen TV with built-in DVD, VCR, CD player and an MP3 player. The fully equipped kitchen offers a full sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove top, oven and a microwave. Sliding doors allow access to the rear decking which features an outdoor setting for 6 ideal for alfresco dining. The fully equipped laundry offers a top loading washing machine and ironing facilities with an outdoor line for drying situated at the rear of the property.

The spacious main bedroom features a queen sized bed, bedside tables, TV and DVD for games or movies only, a solid timber tall boy and mirrored built-in robes and ensuite. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen sized bed and trundle, bedside tables and a built-in robe with the 3rd bedroom offering another queen bed, bedside table and built-in robe. The main bathroom has a standard sized bath, vanity, shower and a separate toilet. A 4 burner BBQ is located in the garage for guests to use.
