5BR Ecstasea is located on the Northside of the island, just about 1 mile east of the Rum Point Club. The stately 5BR villa is now painted a sage green with white trim, and enjoys a wonderful white-sand beach and great snorkeling. Featuring a large, protected freshwater pool and unique octagonal living area, Ecstasea is designed to maximize your views of the sparkling Caribbean waters while still maintaining plenty of privacy.
With over 4,000 square feet of living space and a large oceanfront sundeck, Ecstasea offers the chance for your entire group to spread out and relax without stepping on each other’s toes. Ecstasea’s interior has been completely redecorated, with beautiful furnishings and bright colors throughout.

After a week's stay at this property, I must say that our family truly enjoyed our vacation in Grand Cayman. The house is perfect for our family and is very well equipped with everything we need for our vacation. Plus, the location is very ideal, quiet and situated in a private property. We were spoiled having the luxury of our own private beach in our backyard. The property manager's response time is also very commendable, they took care of every details and concerns we had. Overall, this place was perfect and made our vacation even the most memorable. I would love to stay in this property again when we visit Grand Cayman in the future.
5BR Ecstasea was an excellent choice for our ten days on the North side this past March, away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown. Location, water quality, beach access and snorkeling were priorities in our villa selection for our two family, group of seven. “We were NOT disappointed!” Ecstasea is open and spacious with large bedrooms and common areas as well as being stocked with ample linens, beach towels, and kitchen utensils.
The large ocean view decks on the back of the villa, and multi-level decks around the pool on the front side, offer ample seating any time of day with a choice of sun, shade or protection from the wind on the breezier days. Lush vegetation around the pool and yard offer privacy, and a real taste of the tropics. A large outdoor dining table would be a welcome addition to take full advantage of the views Ecstasea has to offer.
This was our second time booking through Grand Cayman Villas, and find it as effortless and informative as you can get. Jim and his staff are knowledgeable about the island and managed properties, willingly answering questions or offering advice and information to make your holiday enjoyable.

The entire island is only 22 miles wide from west to east; so you are never too far from anywhere on Grand Cayman. The homes on the oceanfront in Rum Point offer great reef protected snorkeling. The beaches usually have plenty of white sand, but also can have spots of rocky “ironshore” with natural rock formations. The closer you get to Rum Point, usually the sandier the beach as well as swimming. Either way, with the abundant marine life we have in the water, you will want to wear foot protection (pool shoes or fins). The prevailing breeze (trade winds) from the east also make flying insects less of a nuisance—many of the homes in Rum Point don’t even need a screened porch.
The big draw to this area is the proximity to the “Rum Point Club”; a public beach club that offers a fantastic barefoot beach…many watersports, a restaurant, bar, grill, gift shop and pick-up beach volleyball games. (www.rumpointclub.com ) It is from the Rum Point pier that the www.redsailcayman.com 65’ catamaran departs to stingray sandbar for snorkeling trips. Also near Rum Point is the Kaibo Yacht Club restaurant, bar and marina (www.kaibo.ky) Click map on our home page. Lastly…we have (2) large resorts in the east end (www.morritts.com and www.thereef.com ) that offer manicured beaches as well as restaurants, a modern grocery store, liquor store, gift shops, SUBWAY sandwich shop (and even a coffee/pastry shop). These two resorts also offer scuba, snorkel trips, jet skis, windsurfers, kiteboarding, ocean front pools and bar service. www.tortugadivers.com and www.whitesandwatersports.com offer snorkeling tours, paddle boards, jet skis, etc.
