Set in the tranquil village of Toller Porcorum in the beautiful Dorset countryside at the end of a no through road leading onto open farmland. Toller Porcorum nestles in the River Hooke valley, within the West Dorset ’Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ and is in easy reach of the beautiful ’Jurassic Heritage Coast’.

It is an ideal base for visiting such places as Burton Bradstock (8 miles), West Bay where popular series Broadchurch was set, Bridport (8 miles) , Beaminster (8 miles) and the historic Roman town of Dorchester (11 miles). Weymouth, Lyme Regis and Abbotsbury, with it’s famous swannery and tropical gardens, lie to the south & the famous Cerne Abbas Giant to the north, are all within the surrounding area. Eggardon Hill, the Ancient Briton hillfort, is just a 2 mile walk away. The neighbouring village of Maiden Newton has a pub, restaurant grocery shop, garage, newsagents and coffee shop. Many of the local pubs are well renowned for excellent food, beer and their warm welcome.
