Building is on Kennet Canal side, balcony & floor-ceiling windows overlooking Kennet Canal. 5min walk to Oracle Shopping Mall, Town Centre, Royal Berkshire Hospital, Reading University, Reading College,10min walk (or £5cab) to Reading Station. Beautifully furnished, Master bedroom w/Super King 4 poster bed & King bed in second bedroom, both with extremely comfy mattresses! Secure Building w/Doorman.

Forming part of the prestigious Queens Wharf building, with an elevator. The apartment comes complete with everything needed, a real home from home, Broadband, SKY TV, 50" Pioneer TV and music/radio system all set up. Large floor to ceiling windows overlooking Kennet Canal. Large living room open concept kitchen, eating bar, plus dining table. Very large master bedroom with 4 poster super-king bed with large double closets & master ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom is also large, with a desk area and wall mounted TV. Also access to the balcony for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine overlooking the canal. Second full bathroom with tub/shower. Fabulous Pubs/Restaurant 2 minutes walk form the apartment. The Oracle shopping centre with movie theatre is just 4 min walk along the canal pathway. The apartment is very quiet for being centrally located. It's a 10-12 min walk to the main Reading Train station that links directly to Paddington Station in London. The Canal pathway runs along towards Sonning & the Thames River; this you can walk, jog, or cycle on.. canal side pubs and pick-nick spots along the way, houseboats and the rowing club. All shops are within 5 min walk; Large Oracle Shopping Centre, John Lewis, Debenhams, House of Fraser, M&S, Sainsbury's, Boots, medical clinics, clothing shops, flower markets, outside cafe's, outdoor pedestrian mall area, Starbucks, Pret, cute Brasseries & Pubs all around. Location wise, it doesn't get any better! Plus a secured Parking Space for 1 car available upon request.
