This home was built in 2004. It has been well maintained and is ready for you to enjoy on your next vacation in Key West. You can stay in this 3 Bedroom home for less than the cost of one room in some local hotels. There is a nice Kitchen for your use. High speed internet is available. There is a TV in the living room and in every bedroom. You will love this home!

This home is located in the Coral Hammock community. It consists of 55 properties. There is a mix of detached homes and townhomes. This home is a detached home that backs to the well landscaped community pool. There is a beautiful deck on each level. This home is a great place to stay at while enjoying your vacation in Key West. MAXIMUM of 6 guests. No large gatherings of any kind are allowed at this home.

About Bob Clark

I have been visiting Key West for 30 years. I live in Maryland and work in real estate. A few years ago I decided I wanted to purchase a second home in Key West. I purchased this home in 2011. Since I'm only able to use it a few times a year I decided to make it available to others who would enjoy it.

Why Bob Clark chose Lower Florida Keys

Over the years I stayed in many places in Key West. The are many nice hotels but staying in a home makes your stay so much better. This community (Coral Hammock) was built in 2004. Once I discovered it, it quickly became my favorite place to stay.

What makes this house unique

Wonderful small community that is well kept. It's on the quiet end of Key West and parking is never a problem as it is in many places. It has a beautiful community pool with lush tropical landscaping. There is an exercise room in the club house that is available for guests to use.

Exceeded our expectations! Very impressed and didn't want to leave!

What a beautiful home! Exceeded our expectations by far. We were very surprised at how well stocked this house was. It had everything we needed. The pool was just outside our back door. The location of the house was perfect because it was so close to the fun and action of Duval Street but yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. If we are ever to come back to Key West we will only stay here and will recommend it to everyone we know. Bob, the owner is very easy to work with and is very efficient in responding to emails and answering questions. While we were there we noticed that in one of the bathrooms there was a small leak coming from one of the toilets. We let Bob know and that same day maintenance was there and fixed it. So glad we were able to find this house!!

ANNUAL KEY WEST VACATION

WE LOVED STAYING WITH BOB, THIS WAS OUR 2ND YEAR RENTING FROM HIM AND 6TH YEAR GOING TO THE KEYS. THIS NEIGHBORHOOD IS OUR FAVORITE BECAUSE IT IS TUCKED AWAY AND PERFECT FOR FAMILY TIME. THE HOME IS CLEAN, WELL MAINTAINED, FURNISHED AND OFFERS ALL THE ACCOMODATIONS OF HOME FULLY STOCKED WITH ALL COOKING ITEMS AND LINENS ETC. PROPERTY BACKS UP TO THE POOL FOR CONVIENANT ACCESS. WE WILL DEFINATELY BE BACK NEXT YEAR AND WILL RENT FROM BOB ONCE AGAIN.

Our stay at the poolside home #28 was fantastic!

The home was very nice and clean and was well equipped with everything that we needed. Overall it was a great vacation. The only comment I could make that needs to be corrected is the water in the pool was very hot and not at all refreshing. I would suggest that the home owners association place several fountains in the pool. This would cool the pool by at least 6 to 10 degrees.

Great place

We are 6 adults and rented this place for 4nights. We were all really pleased with this house. It is a nice clean modern looking house. With the 2 balconies on the back of the house overlooking the pool it is a great place to sit and relax or have a BBQ. The owner Bob was great to deal with. Would definitely recommend it.

Coral Hammock

We really enjoyed our stay @ Coral Hammock. It was perfect with 3 bedrooms & baths since we were traveling with 2 other couples. The house was beautiful with all the amenities for a wonderful stay. We were visiting Key West and staying on Stock Island was perfect. All agreed they definitely would stay here again.

This beautiful pool side home is in the Coral Hammock community. This community is a gated community composed of 55 homes which are mostly townhomes. This property is a detached stand alone home that backs to the community pool. It may be the best located property in the community.

The Key West airport is within a 5 minute drive. Old Town Key West (where the tourists go) is only about 4 miles away. This home is on the quiet end of Key West located near the Golf Course.

One of my favorite restaurants, Chico's Cantina is within walking distance (about 1/4 mile or less). I think it is the best Mexican restaurant around. You will love it.

Unlike the old town area of Key West, I have never had a hard time finding a parking place in Coral Hammock. Usually you can park withing 25 feet of the front door of the property.

ALL guests must be 25 years old or older, or staying with their parent/guardian who is 25 years old or older. No student groups. MAXIMUM of 6 guests (adults plus children total) Maximum of 4 daytime visitors (in addition to 6 guests). Absolutely no large gatherings of any kind at this home.
