About this property

Enjoy a Wells Beach oceanfront vacation in an uncrowded section of sandy beach.
A bright, sunny, 2 bedroom, ocean-level apartment that is just one step down from the driveway. The quiet owners live on the first and second floors above.
This apartment is part of a beach cottage built about 100 years ago. It has undergone many upgrades and improvements over the course of the 60 years that it has been in our family.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms each with a queen-size bed, free WiFi, HD TV, an open kitchen/living area and an enclosed porch overlooking the ocean and beach. There is a full futon with a comfortable mattress on the porch. It should be noted that the ceiling on the porch is about 6 ft.in height. A great place for sitting, having a coffee or sipping a glass of wine.
There is one bath that is split; the shower area is separate from the toilet and sink.
Most of our tenants return year after year. We value our guests and prefer not having large gatherings for the comfort of us, our neighbors, and our tenants.
During the months of July and August and the first part of September, as well as the last week in June we only rent for the week. Before and after those times we do rent by the day with a minimum of a 2 night stay.

To Live by The Ocean

Our 23rd Year staying on Wells Beach .. 1st time @ this Lovely Oceans edge Cottage and Enjoyed every moment . Adorable , Beachy interior with all the Amenities a Family needs .. Love to cook.. fully stocked kitchen .. The enclosed porch has a Great View .. can’t get any closer to the sand @ your doorstep than this .. sound of the waves all day and night .. nothing more relaxing ! The Hosts were so Friendly , Welcoming and Accommodating .. Didn’t want to leave ⛱️

On the Beach

We loved our stay at Wells Beach. We had everything we needed in the apartment. It was clean, cheerful, and bright. The listing is absolutely accurate. The view of the ocean is beautiful, and we enjoyed falling asleep to the sounds of the waves. It is a perfect location for beach vacation!

Relaxing

Our stay was very relaxing and Judy was so sweet. The ceiling is low so for any tall people it could be a problem but wasn't for us. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to get some relaxation on the beach and is looking for privacy.

This property has been in my family (Judy) since 1959, the year my parents purchased it. We have been renting the apartment for many years and have had repeat clients that now feel like family. Our lovely location makes it an ideal spot for enjoying the beach and all it has to offer. We pride ourselves on maintaining a lovely property that we hope new people will enjoy .
