Welcome to Ramsgate Harbour #38! Ramsgate is located at the far west end of Front Beach Road adjacent to Carillon Beach/30A. Ramsgate is a smaller (66 unit complex) complete with a gulf-front heated pool, outdoor restroom facility, grilling areas and covered parking.

Ramsgate Harbour is ideally located away from the high rise condos and crowds; but still close enough to enjoy all that Panama City Beach has to offer. Pier Park is less than a 10 minute drive; where you’ll find plenty of shopping, dining & family-friendly entertainment options. For your convenience, Publix, Winn Dixie, and CVS are just steps away from the condo where you can pick up groceries, wine, beer, liquor, pharmacy, gifts, beach accessories – just about anything needed to enjoy your vacation. Camp Helen State Park is just a couple mins away and also just minutes west is Scenic Highway 30-A, where you’ll find the well known beaches of South Walton – Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach, Watercolor, Alys Beach, Grayton Beach, Seagrove & Seaside.

Our 2 bedroom 2.5 bath unit sits on the 2nd/3rd floors of our 3 story building; overlooking the gulf. Enjoy stunning views of sugar white sand and emerald waters from either of your 2 private beach-front balconies. Your home away from home comfortably sleeps 4-6: a king size bed in the master bedroom, queen size in the guest bedroom, and a queen size sofa sleeper.

The 2 private, spacious balconies have plenty of seating for you and your family to enjoy morning sunrises and evening sunsets. Close enough to the water to hear the relaxing sounds of the waves, yet high enough to have a panoramic view of the white sugar sand beaches.

When you enter the condo you are greeted by a kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking meals in. The kitchen is complete with an icemaker, coffee maker (New for 2018 - Combo coffee maker that will brew a pot, a cup or keurig style), Hand Mixer, Blender, Crock Pot, Electric Skillet, Mixing Bowels, Storage Containers and an array of pots, pans and spices. Enjoy stunning water views from the kitchen, dining and living room of the main level. A half-bath is located on the main floor for your convenience.

No need to worry about taking work home, we have a full-size washer and dryer located within the condo for your use – complete with complimentary laundry detergent. The living room area provides the comfortable seating you need to feel relaxed and at home. You’ll be able to watch all of your favorite shows with our expanded cable package. Or feel free to enjoy the included Netflix, Amazon TV (Including movies) or pop in a DVD to enjoy for a cozy night in. We also offer complimentary WiFi and local phone service.

The Master bedroom has a majestic view of the gulf and a king-size bed with a comfortable cooling gel memory foam topper. Enjoy the same stunning views from the master bedrooms private balcony with seating for 4. The master suite includes a full bathroom and upgraded towels & linens. You'll also find an iron/ironing board, alarm clock, hair dryer, ceiling fan, and portable fan.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a comfortable memory foam top. It’s also equipped with a TV & DVD player for your entertainment needs, in addition to a ceiling fan & portable fan for your comfort. A full guest bathroom is located just off of the 2nd bedroom for easy access.

About Amber Young

We’re the Youngs, a family of four originally from St Louis, Mo. We recently relocated to Mt Juliet, TN, a suburb near Nashville. My husband John and I have owned and managed long-term rental property for the past 17 years. We began our new venture of owning and managing a vacation rental in December 2016.

Over the years, we have explored and vacationed at many areas along the Florida coast and the Panhandle. The choice to buy a condo in Ramsgate Harbour; a low-density complex with only 66 units on the western end of Panama City Beach was an easy one. We chose Ramsgate as it offered 550 feet of beachfront that would never be overly crowded - perfect for relaxing & creating family memories.

We personally manage our beach condo. As our property is our home away from home, we didn’t want it to feel like a run of the mill investment property managed by one of the large property management companies. Our condo is very well-equipped and we provide many ‘extras’ that you rarely find in vacation condos such as cooking spices, beach chairs, beach towels, hand, dish and laundry soap.

Ramsgate Habour is located on the quiet family friendly western end of Panama City Beach. The complex occupies 550 feet of beachfront with no high rises nearby, which allows you and your family plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the beautiful beach.

Ramsgate Harbour is away from the busier areas of PCB, but still close enough to enjoy Pier Park and all that PCB has to offer. A short walk along the beach will take you to Phillips Inlet and Rosemary Beach. Just to the east are the quaint neighborhoods of Sunnyside and Laguna Beach where you'll find the local eateries: Sunnyside Grill and Thomas Donuts.

We've designed and stocked our condo to feel like a home away from home. We love spending time here and know that you will too.

What makes this townhome unique

Our condo is managed by owner.. which means you get many of the personal touches and service you won't find w/ the big rental agencies. You also won't have the pay a middle man as you're dealing directly with the owner, not a rental agency.

We've added beach-themed touches throughout the condo and have designed it for maximum comfort - ceiling fans in every room and small floor fans for those that enjoy the white noise of a fan while sleeping. We've also added cooling memory foam to the mattresses for a comfortable nights sleep.

We enjoy cooking while at the beach and have stocked the kitchen with just about anything required to prepare meals. You'll find everything from spices, a blender, coffee maker w/ filters, a hand mixer, electric skillet, crock pot and an extensive array of pots & pans.

You'll also find many of the small things provided such as dish, laundry and hand soap, trash bags, paper products, etc. We even provide beach chairs & beach towels so that you don't have to lug your own from home.

Designed for a stress-free vacation, we want our condo to be a place that you and your family will want to return to year after year.

I was impressed with the overall stay. I dont think I need to rent from anyone else when I bring my family to Panama City Beach. The views where beautiful! The rooms were comfortable and very relaxing! When you walk in it's like peace settles in and you may just enjoy laying in the condo the entire trip! The stay was organized and I was handled very professionally! Thank you!

It was one of the most relaxing vacations we ever had! It was nice having such a easy walk to the beach. And close to everything you need. Also one of the cleanest condos I have ever stayed at. Thank you Amber for being so thorough with every detail. We will definitely be back again.

We loved our time at Ramsgate #38!!! Everything was perfect and Amber is a wonderful Host! You feel like you are staying at a friends place. The walk from the condo to the beach is so easy. We also loved how quite it is at Ramsgate. It is a very family friendly place to stay. We are already planning our trip back!

We will be back!

The pictures are accurate, if anything is misleading it’s that this place is better in person! The decor and views create a relaxing environment where we were just as happy sitting in the condo as we were on the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook fresh seafood dinners while our 8 month old slept upstairs. We didn’t need to do much to baby proof, just moved some of the decor items out of reach, and we didn’t have to worry about cleanliness with her crawling on the floor. Unfortunately the ocean was too rough to swim during our stay, nevertheless the beach is pristine and not at all crowded. The property is close to everything you could need. I can’t imagine a better place to spend our vacation, and Amber was incredible to work with. We didn’t need to contact her much during our stay but when we did she replied immediately. Today is our last day and we are already thinking about when we can come back!

Refreshing, peaceful, beautiful vacation spot.

The condo was perfectly located no traffic, on the beach, across from the supermarket. The house was welcoming with it's smell,color palette, comfortable furniture. We had everything we needed in the condo. The WiFi and cable were easy to use. The ceiling fans were nice. This was the first vacation we have felt so relaxed. We forgot our worries and regrouped. Many thanks to the host Amber who was quick to respond and Susan the housekeeper who was quick and pleasant to respond to our goodbye msg. Don't hesitate to book this beauty.

Amazing stay at Ramsgate #38!

I absolutely love Ramsgate 38- Amber is a joy to work with from initial inquiries to any questions you may have during your stay. So many extras are included to make you feel at home: comfy beds, all the cooking supplies you'd ever need, beach service included with your rental, extra beach chairs in the condo, beach towels (which is a huge help when you are flying in), and a comfortable living room to relax in after a day at the beach!

Ramsgate is the perfect location- close to the airport, and has all you need within walking distance. Winn Dixie & CVS are across the street, along with a great seafood restaurant Bayou Bill's. Publix is also an easy walk. Next door is Carillon Beach Village, which includes Our Little Beach Cafe sandwich shop/ice cream, The Lake House restaurant and bar, a general store, a wonderful little gym if you want to keep up with your workouts, Yoga Elements, bike rentals, and a full service salon/spa.

Ramsgate is super quiet, but Pier Park and all the activity of Panama City Beach is a short drive down Front Beach Road. I love the low density of Ramsgate- the beach is never crowded, no waiting on elevators, just walk down the steps and your feet are in the sand. The covered garage parking is also a huge help in the summer, and so convenient on arrival and departure.

I'm sure you will love this condo, the owner, and the property! Perfect relaxing beach vacation :)
