Spectacular/stunning sea and mountain views from beach in front of building. Our living room balcony has a side view of the lovely long sandy beach. Also large shaded cool back balcony with large eating area.

Beside numerous restaurants and shops. Palais de Festivals and La Croisette (famous seafront promenade) and airport bus stop are 10 minutes walk away.

Free indoor secure parking.

The apartment has all modern appliances including air conditioning, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. The apartment is on the 1st floor and has a lift. We also have WI FI.

Express bus from Nice airport every 30 to 60 minutes - duration 40 minutes.

N.B.: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

Our price includes: Bed linen and towels, beach towel, mat and parasol for each person. Beds made upon arrival, personalized welcome and key collection from the apartment. An additional charge of Euro50 is charged per adult if more than 2 adults staying.

In order to secure your booking, we require non refundable deposit of Euro 500.

The outstanding amount, and a refundable security deposit of Euro500 must be paid no later than 6 week prior to arrival.

About Marion

we find this location ideal for ourselves, our (grown-up) children, and our grandchildren. Just walk across to the beach, no packing up the car or looking for a parking spot. Lots of beach restaurants and other more formal restaurants within walking distance. Ideal base to explore the Cote D'azur by train, bus, or car.

We have free indoor and also outdoor parking. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Palais du Festival, train station and airport bus stop.

Fantastic Holiday in Cannes

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The owners are friendly and very helpful. We liked the fact that the hotel was close to the centre of things but quiet enough at night, with the beach literally on your doorstep.

We stayed a week in this family hotel. Marion and Anita do everything to ensure their guests have a great stay. From the very beginning we were given helpful information about our pickup from the airport and the owners and their family would give us tips on where to go around the Cannes area as day trips.

The apartment is clean with fresh towels provided and well stocked will every convenience you could want, such as sunbeds, wifi, beach towels and parasols.

The location is excellent as well. The beach is literally opposite the apartment (30 seconds walk!). In the evening there are many restaurants and bars nearby in the area to dine and have a drink.

The rooms themselves are well maintained, private, pleasant and in my opinion a outstanding value for the money you pay, ideal for a couple or a young family. (Try comparing to a hotels in the area, where you get a lot less for the same money).

We had a great week in Cannes! We gave this review based on the service and because how we were made to feel like. Thank you Marion, Anita and Kim! We will definitely recommend your apartment to others.

We could not wish for anything more - after having spent roughly 10 vacations in Cannes: fine and tidy Apartment, nice and quiet bedrooms, wonderful view, good service upon arrival and departure, as well as very close to quiet morning swimming, lively afternoon beach-life, and fine restaurants around the corner. Who wants the Croisette when you got this. We have already booked for summer 2014.

The service was smooth, one person there to welcome us, and one to see us off after a wonderful week with private parking. The Apartment is very nice and well-functioning, and houses two pairs without problems. Location cannot be better: quiet morning swimming, afternoon beach life and fine restaurants around the corner. We have already booked for summer 2014

Great to be opposite beach

We had a great time staying at this apartment for a week. We did plan to spend a lot of time travelling around the region, but usually just crossed the road and stayed on the beach.

The apartment is a good size and in great condition. The balcony is massive, nice and cool. You can see the beach from the end of the balcony but its mostly at the back of the building. The train does go past but you get used to it pretty quickly.

Location is nearly unbeatable. The Croisette is a bit too crowded for us, much preferred this side of town. The old town is very close and its just a short walk to the centre of town.

Owner's Response: We love staying here throughout the seasons. Its brilliant to get away in Winter to walk on the beach or just gaze at the sea and the boats and the clear blue skys. Unlike other resorts, Cannes does not close down for the Winter. It is so convenient to have so many restaurants within walking distance.

Our apt is in an area with a large choice of restaurants and cafes. There are beautiful sandy beaches free in front of the building. A quality bakery right on your street!

Plenty of shopping on rue d'antibes and lots of interesting shops on the twisting back streets of the old part of town. The daily market, and the old town and the Palais du Festival are within walking distance of the apartment. We are on the 1st floor with a lift.

They are many golf courses nearby - Mandelieu and La Napoule are a few kilometres away.
