This condo was spacious with fabulous views!
We enjoyed our stay here immensely. The condo was clean, spacious, and well appointed. We really made use of the huge wrap around balcony; appreciate that there's a grill, and had dinner outside almost every evening.

The condo is not worth it and the Beach Club is not Kids Friendly
Nothing worked in the condo on the first day the front door Code did not work we were only given two keys for a 4 bedroom condo that sleeps 11 everything with codes very inconvenient to access anything two bedrooms offered full size (double) not queen beds as stated on the website one of the sleeper sofas once opened was not clean did not have linen for the sleeper sofa had to ask for it the oven did not work even after they fixed it the dryer did not work 3 hrs for a load to dry the vacuum cleaner did not work very few coffee mugs most of the plates were chipped Kids had limited access to the indoor pool even with bad weather outside with no toys allowed and must be accompanied by an adult even 13 yrs old no service and or restaurant near the pool area as shown on Beach Club website Last and not least the Southern Rental Property Managment won't allow an hour late check out to help an 88 year old man more time to get ready although the unit was available and no other reservation on the Day of check out.
Thank you for providing feedback in regards to your recent stay with us. We want to first apologize for any inconveniences experienced during your stay with us. We strive to provide our guest with a Sweet Southern experience and hate to hear your experience wasn’t flawless. We show that several of your mentioned concerns were addressed by our staff in a timely manner, several things including the issue with the dinner ware were not reported to us, and several other issues such as pool hours etc are something the Home Owners Association for the beach club are responsible for. We are happy to address and and all concerns, should they arise, in a timely manner when given the opportunity. Larger units such as this four bedroom condo are not eligible for late departures due to the time involved in cleaning, but we do show that a complimentary late departure was offered to your party which you accepted allowing you to depart several hours later in an attempt to accommodate you and your family. We appreciate your comments and concerns and thank you for the opportunity to improve on our quality of services. We hope to see you back on the coast again soon.
