Great property in a great location
My family wanted a quiet place on the beach where we could enjoy spring break. This was the perfect property for that! I felt reassured from the first email letting us know that this was a family oriented establishment and spring break partiers were not allowed.
The building and unit are exceptionally clean and well-cared for. The check-in instructions were clear and the process was very smooth. I appreciate how welcoming they are to rentals while also looking out for residents.
The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable one I’ve experienced and I do a lot of travel. I do wish that there were blackout curtains in the master. We had to wake up with the sun whether we wanted to or not!
The balcony is lovely. I could have sat out there watching the view all day. The living room sofa was so comfy that we stayed up way too late each night watching movies.
Beyond the unit, we noticed that the building’s fitness area needs an update. The sole elliptical was rusted. The bathroom doors weirdly lock from the outside. But that was literally the only downside of the property. I’d definitely return here.
