When the house is not in private rental we run as a B&B with other people sharing the house. in the rate calculator It states 30 nights is the min nights, but as a guest house we have a min of 1 night stay. in this case you may be better to contact us directly for the rate. we are on FB casa granada guest house

It is important to know when booking this property, we put massage workshops and nudity is common on a daily basis. the pool is considered clothing free, We only except as guests female and couples only, 18yrs to 40 yrs old. nightly rates range from $15.00 in shared dorm room with 4 max to the female room. Our private room is $38.00 per night and is a private room with King size bed. Two rooms on the main floor have a double bed and use the shared pool bathroom and out in the open shower is $20.00 pp see our website under the property name on VRBO. you may contact us direct for rates as the VRBO site will tend to give the private rate for per month.

Our property has been under VRBO site for many years. The new owner Randy Giffen had to delete the old site and start fresh again as the old listing was under the former owner. Many guests have stayed here and enjoyed the home, but in deleting the old listing with VRBO we had to sacrifice the great comments and exposure we had in the past.

After the purchase of the home In Dec 2016, the new owner saw that there were things that needed to be changed and upgraded. The year went by so fast and we change them! Many upgrades were done to the home to make it a better place to live and rent out as a legal Guest house with Granada DGI city bylaws and permits.

In the past property management and cleaning has been changed, and have a new team of support personal.

- Airport pick up and drop off for $35.00

- our kitchen is considered private but for younger travelers 18-20yrs old on a budget, we do the cooking and offer you to join in on the meal we are cooking for ourselves and staff. you pay what you feel you can afford at dinner time in a group eating the same selected meal.

Casa de Arcos history goes back centuries as a colonel home in Granada. I hear from people that in years back in the 60s -70s it was a language school to learn Spanish and English. It was sold to the owner of International Homes Magazine. Many dinner parties took place in the home, and celebrities on the A-list attended functions in the home. The history is so clear to many of the older taxi drivers in Granada when it was In possession of the owner of International homes Latin division. When you mention the name of the house to a Granada taxi driver Casa de Arcos they know about the home and tell you a little the history of the house and the people that attended.

My husband and I stayed here for the month of January. The house is in a perfect location. It’s close to the town center in a friendly neighborhood. It’s also close to the supermarkets and a block away from the bus stop if you want to go to Masaya. The house was large and roomy and the staff was excellent. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, safe visit to Granada. BTW, if you rent this home, be sure to go across the street and see Sandra for a fabulous, very inexpensive Nica dinner.

Great place!

We are finishing up our stay here at Case de Arcos. It was truly wonderful. The house is large and lovely. The pool was an added bonus that my kids loved. House is centrally located and you can pretty much walk everywhere. Granada as a city really exceeded my expectations. People were really helpful and there is just so much to see and do here-volcanos, laguna de Apoyo, zip lines, horseback riding, art classes etc etc.. We found a terrific Spanish teacher for my husband and I. I would  Highly recommend this

We enjoyed 2 weeks at Casa de Arcos. The house had everything we could ask for including the fantastic pool, the photos hardly due it justice! The location is great, walking distance to everything. The staff was super helpful, and the house could not have been cleaner. We loved Granada and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

This house is absolutely gorgeous!!! The house looks as great as described & pictures don’t do it justice not to mention it’s dead smack in the center of the beautiful colonial city of Granada. We were very pleased to have met the pleasant property manager (and his lovely family) that were great and available 24/7; what can we say, we’re super content. Had an amazing stay …  thanks isn’t enough for allowing us to stay in your amazing home & for the smooth transaction. We hope to visit soon in the near feature.

Casa De Arcos Guest house now offers up to 10 people to live in the house together with owner and staff on site.

We have 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths, and a saltwater pool, fully restored Spanish Colonial home in Granada, Nic.

The first floor has two private bedrooms, with a double bed in each room along with a writing desk. 1 person $20.00 and second person $20.00
The second-floor has two bedrooms. One large bedroom with its own full bath and a separate sink in the bedroom and a king size bed. $38.00 per night
The other bedroom is a huge bedroom and has been modified to be a more efficient way use the space better to sleep more people. There are two single beds and a king size bed. Wooden roll-up blinds divide space to give some privacy. This room is considered a dorm room for people traveling alone. Single bed + 17.00 per night and king size bed 45.00 per night

A double bed we call the Cabana Bed has been constructed by the pool for lovers (The Cabana Bed) this is for free to use during day and if used as bed to sleep over night it is $20.00
