Beautifully appointed studio in residential zone one minute from the Croisette – five minutes walk from nearest beaches. This is in a high-quality residence, and consists of 1 room - sleeps 2 (in a large, very comfortable, metal-springs bed 160x200cms - NOT a folding sofa) with en-suite shower room, and a separated kitchen zone.
(PLEASE STUDY OUR LAYOUT-PLAN PHOTO before you book - total area is 16m2 - there is no separate living room, there is no balcony). Rue d’Antibes (main shopping zone) is 10 mins walk, local convenience stores are 2 mins walk. The train station is 15 minutes walking distance. The Palais des Festivals congress centre is a 20 minute walk - of course along the famous Cannes Croisette !
Wall TV, DVD, WIFI, heating, towels and linen are all included in the price. Street parking is free. No extras or charges (other than those displayed at time of booking) on arrival.
NO CHILDREN or babies - sorry.
Transport - local or car?: We are often asked if a car is required. If you are already coming by car, Cannes is an excellent base for touring the region. But for short says - even up to several weeks - a car is NOT required. Regional transport services are very good - bus, train, and even coastal ferries, are excellent and not expensive. You can travel by train from Cannes to Grasse, Antibes, Nice, Villefranche, Monaco, or Vingtemille* (Italy) for day visits or shopping, or (westwards) to Frejus. St.Raphael from where you can take a bus (or boat) to St.Tropez. A ferry trip to the beautiful Iles des Lerins just off the coast of Cannes is a welcome opportunity to swap the bustle of the Riviera for the tranquil peace of unspoiled forest and rocky bathing pools. And the peninsula costal walks of the 'Caps' ... Cap d'Antibes, Cap Ferrat (see the beautiful gardens of the Villa de Rotschild here) etc.. are some of our favourite day excursions.

Appartment is in an ideal location, a few mins to beach and town cetnre. Appartment is small but perfect for two people. Ideal for a self catering holiday as prices to eat and drink out are expensive. The host picked us up from the train station and took us to apprtment giving us a guided tour on the way. Only one problem with appartment is nowhere to dry beach towels etc, but not a mjor problem. Supermarkets nearby too.
I stayed in Grosso apartment for 9 days and I wanna say thanks to Conor (the owner) for my excellent stay. He was very kind, helpful, organised and friendly. The studio is perfect for one or two persons, it's very well equipped and has absolutely everything a traveller can need. It is very cosy, clean, modern and good value for money. The location is great - the studio is 2 min walk from Croisette, small supermarket, bus stop, post office and port Canto. Baoli nightclub is just across the street.15 min walk to Carlton Hotel.
At night it is very silent and there's always a free parking place.

I have been holidaying in the Grosso apartment 2 or 3 times each year for more than 10 years. It is in an up-market area of Cannes, situated at the end of the Croisette, within walking distance of Rue d'Antibes and Marche' Gambetta, good beaches are 3-4 minutes away.
The apartment is on the ground floor with a view from the window looking onto a very attractive garden. The apartment has been designed with flair and imagination and every opportunity taken to maximise space with excellent shower and bathroom facilities.
The kitchen is ideal for those looking for self-catering as restaurants are expensive. Busses are frequent and the stop is 2 minutes away.
Having visited for many years the owner has become a friend. The service he provides is outstanding and his care and attention to detail could not be improved upon.
Apartment is small, but very well organised and well arranged with everything needed close to hand. It is close to center, beaches on both sides, village shops and the owner manager is a very helpful person. There's on-street car parking, good internet and over all it's a very comfortable place to stay. I'd recommend this rental to visitors Visiting Cannes for business or pleasure.
J'ai passe une semaine dans ce studio confortable en avril.Il se trouve a quelques pas de la Croisette, mais il est tres calme et tranquille et donne sur un jardin interieur. Il y a des commerces et des restaurants ansi que deux plages. Bien qu'il soit petit, tout est prevu et Conor est un hote attentionne. Je vais certainement revenir!
Još prije 5 godina kada sam došao prvi puta u Cannes, osim ljubavi na prvi pogled u grad, oduševio me je i mali ali vrlo funkcionalni i lijepo ure?eni stan kojeg smo rentali na 2 tjedna.
Nalazi se na odli?noj lokaciji, nekoliko minuta šetnje od gradskog središta i vrlo blizu prekrasnih plaža na kojima nikada nije gužva a more je ?isto kao i sama plaža.
S obzirom da sam vrlo izbirljiv i zahtjevan turista, ovaj stan je zadovoljio sve moje prohtjeve.
Jedan od glavnih razloga što se ve? petu godinu vra?am upravo u ovaj stan je, dobra cijena, odli?na pozicija, visoka razina ?isto?e te funkcionalnost namještaja koja je savršeno uklopljena u manji prostor.

The town that became popular with European visitors in the 19th. century was made even more so in the 20th., with the arrival of the Film Festival and many famous visitors. The property is ideal for 1 or 2-person off-season breaks or longer summer vacations. From Cannes central station you will find easy and regular rail access to Antibes, Juans les Pins, Grasse, Nice, Monaco. Ferrys from the port to the island nature reserves off coast and day tours to St.Tropez and St.Raphael.
