Are you ready to ski one of the top ski resorts in the world? Listen to the soothing rush of the Blue River from your HUGE sunny deck! Hike a 14,000' peak, take in a music festival, or simply relax as you walk among the quaint shops in the historic town of Breckenridge? Our Colorado Classic ski home will be your perfect base camp to enjoy all of these things and so much more!

This home has an unbeatable location on the edge of town with hiking trails literally out the back door and Main Street just a mile and a half away. This is the place to spend your ski vacations and to retreat from the heat with our 75 degree summer days.

Our private vacation home is located just a mile south of downtown Breckenridge within a five minute drive of the ski slopes. We love our location in that we are closer than most homes 'in-town' and definitely closer to the action than homes off Peak 7 or Peak 8, which also require you to drive to the slopes. We can zip into town in just a few minutes and either park at the Gondola lot or drop off skiers at Peak 9 & 10. Easy access!

House Rules:

Renters and guests agree to the following terms and conditions for all bookings:

No Smoking in the house.

Pets considered.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Minimum age requirement for renters and occupants is 23 years of age, unless accompanied by parents or legal guardian.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Max Occupancy with adults and children is 18.

RENTER DAMAGES: Renters will be responsible for any property damages incurred during their stay. Damages will be taken from the security deposit or charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

CLEANING SERVICE: Home does not offer daily cleaning services. All towels and linens are provided for your stay. We also have a washer and dryer in the home. If daily or mid-week cleaning services are desired, these can be accommodated at an additional cost.

One time cleaning fee applies to each reservation. This cleaning fee is for standard cleaning and linens. Cleaning service will charge a fee for excessive cleaning required and if charged, this fee will be the responsibility of the renter and will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

LIABILITY WAIVER: Property owners, cleaning company and rental management company will not be responsible for accidents, damages or injury to renters using the property.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. This includes mis-stating number of adults and children to be occupying the property. Max number of adults and children on any given night should be property stated on the reservation.

Our family just purchased this lovely property in January 2017 with the intent of bringing family and friends together, enjoy life, and take a break from our hectic daily lives. Breckenridge has been a family favorite for many years and we were finally able to make our dream come true with the purchase of this house!! We hope others will enjoy it as much as we intend to!

Fantastic, LARGE, house that can accommodate 4 large families at one time. It's close to town, goose pasture tarn, and backs up to the national forecast where we love to mountain bike!!

What makes this house unique

The house is situated on the outskirts of Breck with a short 1.5 miles to downtown. We have splendid views of Peak 9 & 10, very close to Goose Pasture Tarn, and the National Forecast in our backyard along with Hiking and Mountain biking trails immediately out the back. We provide Kayaks that can be used on Lake Dillon or the nearby Blue River. Bus stop to the ski lift is a block away and you can be on the mountain in a matter of minutes!!!

Family cabin trip February 24-26, 2017

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. We've rented many vacation homes in the mountains and this is by far the nicest one we've stayed at. The bathrooms and kitchen were updated and had new appliances. Very clean and neat place. Only thing missing is a hot tub, but owner will be making that addition soon. It might be a little difficult to find the place because the GPS directs a little further than where the house is located so be on the lookout for the address on the stone pillar once you get near. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great get away. We will definitely rent out this place again.

Perfect ski retreat

We all loved your home. We had three families and one dog, and it was plenty spacious while simultaneously cozy. The location is very quiet, which we all loved, yet super close to the slopes and town. We woke up to a moose waking right by the window one morning, which was so cool! Great ski vacation home, I highly recommend.

Wonderful Mountain Home!

We stayed in this home for Spring Break 2018. My kids actually said when we got there, "This is the best house we have rented." The house was perfect. The house is spacious and the layout was great for multiple families with all ages. We loved being able to have the teenagers downstairs. The house was stocked with everything and more than we would have ever needed. The pool table, gaming systems, hot tub, multiple TVs, sleds, and board games kept the kids entertained throughout the visit. The kitchen was stocked with everything from crockpot, griddle, spices, etc. Most houses we have rented do not have all the luxuries of home. It is very obvious that this is a second home and not just a rental property. There is attention to detail in every room. The apartment downstairs was great for the teenagers. There were multiple refrigerators which was very helpful with multiple families and 3 levels. The views are amazing and area is secluded but still very close to the town. We have always stayed in a ski in skin out prior to this vacation. We chose this house because of size and amenities and we were not disappointed. The short drive was completely worth it. We drove down to the gondola to catch lifts daily. Scott, the owner, was also very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely stay in this home again. I would love the chance to stay in this home in the summer time. It would be great for exploring and hiking. Thanks again for a wonderful week.

Lovely, large place; great location and nice amenities

Excellent space with good bedrooms -- private and roomy masters upstairs with a nice family suite on the ground floor. The six-bunk set up in the game room was perfect for the cousins. They loved it! Nice balconies. Great set up for bringing our family dog. Nice wood-burning fireplace. Kitchen was great, though it took us a bit to figure out the induction cooktop. Plenty of documentation available on that. Lots of room for ski equipment in the entry and garage with cubbies for helmets, etc. in the game room. Multiple washer/dryer. Owner was extremely responsive to our questions and ensured that we were able to find everything we needed. We had an excellent time and will definitely try to rent again next year!

Disappointing

The house had not been cleaned after the previous guests. Bathrooms not cleaned, laundry wet in dryer, floors not swept or mopped, trash in bathroom waste baskets, pipes leaking in kitchen ceiling from upstairs bath, etc...... we booked for three nights and left after only 2 nights. The owner refunded one nights stay and said he would address the housekeeping issues.
