Great venue and location! If I would have my way I would rent this house every time we visit Annapolis. Like home away from home!

Nice weekend getaway

The family loved it. In the middle of historic old town. Walking distance to everything. The house was nice and cozy and spacious.

Comfortable, lovely home near everything

  • 4 of 5

We have stayed here several time and love it. This was the first time there were a few glitches. HomeAway emailed us the wrong code for the key box--quite an inconvenience as we arrived late and it was pouring rain. Luckily the owner picked up her phone and got us the right code. We also found no shampoo (there was some last time), we ran out of coffee for the Nespresso and couldn't figure out where to buy any, one room with only one lamp needed a light bulb and we never found a replacement (took one from another room), had no directions for the TV/cable remotes, had trouble finding the parking passes (in a drawer in the living room, but we had had no notification of that).. a little welcome sheet on the kitchen counter with instructions / parking passes would have made a lot of difference. Otherwise, very comfortable, roomy house with super comfy beds (very high, so not ideal for old folks), nice bathrooms, fun 3rd floor for kids, nice washer/dryer, nice front porch. Walking distance to St John's, naval Academy, and shops and restaurants galore. If those few small things were fixed it would be perfect!

Perfect spot for any occasion

  • 5 of 5

Amazing house with great amenities seconds from everything. The house for our families perfectly and except from the Annapolis police giving a parking ticket to a car with a parking pass on it everything was great. Beat Army
