Perfect Location perfect place

This place is perfect if you want to be right in Seattle and walk to everything...literally you can walk to everything do your shopping walk back drop off stuff and walk back out and do something else.

The bed is super comfortable the whole place is set up perfect. We will definitely stay here again if/when we come back!

Location, location, location!!!!

Perfect spot for vacation in Seattle. Short walking distance to SO MANY attractions, shopping, food/drink. Roof top view very relaxing and oh so pretty. Given the location in the midst of the hustle and bustle of downtown unit was very quiet and felt safe and secure. Unit was clean and well laid out and served as a perfect jumping off point for an active vacation in Seattle.

Very convenient. Nice inferior

Overall it was a good experience. The only real issue was that the ad for the property said there were key cards to the building and there were not.. Turns out that tab on the key ring... It's a sensor. I searched for an hour for a key card only to find out later that I could have gotten in the building all along. Oh and sometimes when you call security.. They don't answer to buzz you in.

Good location!

Stayed here mainly for business. 10 min. walk to the Washington State convention center. Seattle Art Museum, Benaroya Hall and the Aquarium are within 5 min walking distance. Very close to the waterfront, about 15 min walk to Pier 50 ( 10 min. ride with the watertaxi to West Seattle/ Alki Beach - Biking, Kayaking). Unit 403 is nice and convenient. There's a tree in front of the window which is blocking the view. On the one hand more light and a view would be nice, on the other hand you see a little bit of greenery and if the tree wasn't there, the people who take the stairs from 1st avenue down to the waterfront could look right into the apartment.

Our stay at Market Side Flat apartment was excellent. It was in the center near the Waterfront and Pike place Market, and could be reached easily. Public transportation was nearby, as well as shops, museums and the music hall. It was very comfortable and the kitchen amenities were more complete than we usually encounter. It was a pleasure to prepare our meal. Most of the noise was due to the traffic, not the neighbours .
