About Krissy Espindola
I'm a Pacific Northwest native with wanderlust. I love travelling and new adventures and we take off as often as our busy life allows (we are corporate executives by day). I've been in the Seattle area now for six years after commuting for many years for work. My favorite thing about the Seattle area is that every direction you turn you have a beautiful and different view. Originally from the Willamette Valley in Oregon - I've been spoiled with amazing scenery, delicious food, and great wine - and luckily I've found someone who will travel the world with me in search of all three. Our houses are a reflection of this- we have amazing views, gourmet kitchens and love to share wine from our wine clubs with our guests. My passion is cooking, I always leave some sort of treats or a meal upon your arrival, can provide daily meals for a nominal fee over the cost of food, and/or cook for private events while you are with us. Just let us know how we can make your stay as special as possible! We love to interact with guests - but leave the level of engagement up to you. We are always available to answer questions or help you and are generally laid back and easygoing and we will do everything we can to make your stay an awesome experience.

Lovely place to stay, just 25 minutes out of Seattle
Really liked Krissy’s house in Kirkland and the reality certainly lived up to the photos on the website. Clean comfortable and extremely well equipped it was the ideal base to visit Seattle and the surrounding area. Everything was of a high quality and the deck and BBQ area at the rear of the property was just so nice to come back to after a long day out.
Would I recommend this property- absolutely 100%
Place worked out great. Clearly better than a hotel. Within walking distance to restaurants and bars.
We LOVED our stay at the Downtown Kirkland Lake Cottage. The house was so charming! It was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the deck with the grill, table, and the sitting area. The fireplace outside is a nice touch. Krissy is a wonderful host! She is aware of every detail. We have stayed in several vacation rentals and Krissy is absolutely the best I’ve worked with! We would definitely recommend this house to others and hope to stay there again!
We had a great time staying here for our visit to Seattle. We walked down to eat in downtown Kirkland multiple times, and were able to cook some great meals on the outdoor grill as well. Krissy was quick to answer any questions we had and was an awesome host! We would highly recommend!
We can’t say enough about this property or the owner. The place was a perfect getaway while hosting our three day wedding weekend. We would have moved in permanently if we could! Krissy left a sweet card and s’mores snacks and was just lovely to correspond with. My friends from out of town rented another property from her as well and all had equally rave reviews. This charming house was perfect in every way!
We enjoyed our stay here at Kirkland house very much.
Our host Krissy was very hospitable, making sure we had everything we needed, even including snacks.
The whole place was quaint and clean.
We enjoyed making s’mores at fire table. And last but not least the neighborhood was great.
