This charming 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is located in the community of Beachwalk Villa. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and is fully equipped for staying in and cooking a home cooked meal. The first level contains the kitchen, living room with patio access, dining area and a half bath. Sit outside on the patio and enjoy views of the neighborhood lake. Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom with a king bed and private bath and the guest bedroom with a queen bed and private bath.

Beachwalk Villas are located on the shores of Horseshoe Lake and on the beach side of the Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. Beachwalk Villas are two story villas that have private patios overlooking the lake.

Parking available in front of the villas, beautifully landscaped pool area and fishing are are located right out your back door. You can enjoy the wildlife from your living room sofa. Conveniently located next to The Market Shops and approximately a 5 minute walk to the Gulf beaches.

Lovely place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I loved this townhome. It was decorated very beautifully and it was very clean. The photos are spot on! The kitchen is very well stocked, great for cooking and serving meals. The pool was only a few steps away. Unfortunately it wasn’t heated as stated, so we couldn’t swim, the water was to cold. The beautiful beach was only a short golf cart drive away. We also loved taking the golf cart to the many amenities on the bay side too. We would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was like the pictures. Beds/pillows comfortable. Enough stocked for us for a week. The patio was a mess. Cobwebs and tree stuff everywhere so we had to clean that to sit out there. The front door gate is getting old and could use some adjusting. Unfortunately we found a huge cockroach behind the chair, thankfully it was dead but one tiny baby was found on the downstairs bathroom floor and then another one the next day on the wall in the master bath. I wrote in and they sent someone to spray but didn’t offer a discount or anything else. That was disappointing but I’m not one to get upset or beg. I’ll just remember that when booking our next vacation. I would recommend the area. It was fun having the golf cart and riding around for your morning coffee and going to the beach. Over all it was fun and a nice place. Bugs happen, in a rental. I would just have liked a monetary “I’m sorry” or a deal on next booking.

Fun!

Comfortable, clean and easy to communicate with property manager. It's a wonderful location. You can golf cart your way to so many places, including beach access. We'll stay again soon.

Slice of Heaven

This Villa had a beautiful layout and was very clean. Such a tranquil place to be. Relaxing on the patio or having fun at the pool was a tough decision. I told my Husband, I would love to live here. We would definitely recommend this property. Looking forward to coming back!
