With resort amenities galore nearly just outside your door, this oceanfront Panama City Beach vacation condo is a dream! Escape to a stretch of beach that you can view from your private wrap-around balcony, enjoy nearby golf, whirlpool spas, pools, and more at the only full-service resort in the area.

While there are many shopping, dining, and activity opportunities in Panama City Beach, Edgewater Resort itself offers so much right outside your door. Start with breakfast at Ocean's Bar and Grill, play a round or two of golf, treat yourself to a massage or a soak in a whirlpool spa, and grab an ice cream cone. Restaurants range from a pizza joint to an oyster bar, and no matter what you feel like doing, you can bet that the beach is the best.

In addition to the amenities, including the Polynesian-style lagoon pool, this condo offers a view to remember, a spacious living room and kitchen area, and three bedrooms for up to eight guests. Watch the big game on the flatscreen TV and fix up a fresh fruit plate in the well-stocked kitchen. Even though you won't want leave the shore, you can dine before a wall of windows overlooking it!

In two of the bedrooms, you'll have a huge king-size bed each. The third bedroom have two twins. There's also a sleeper sofa. Eight travelers can stay comfortably here. Three full bathrooms only add to your comfort. A private washer/dryer, plus WiFi and 24-hour security, are available as well.

If you want to venture out from the resort, head across the street to the Shoppes at Edgewater, to a mini golf course, or take a long walk or short drive to Pier Park. Fishing and dolphin-watching charters abound on the Gulf coast, while there are still a number of beaches to explore.

Great Condo for a Family of 5

This 3-bedroom condo (corner unit) was adorable! Very roomy, with a wrap-around balcony (my favorite feature!) that had a beautiful view of the beach. It was a bit chilly when we went, but the sunshine was bright enough for us to lay out on the beach. Very clean and beds were very comfortable. Had to get a new parking pass daily, which was a bit of a hassle, especially on the last day of checkout, when we decided to grab breakfast before we came back to pack up and leave--had to get the pass from a facility down the street. Microwave was defective, but we didn't need it anyway, so it didn't matter. The condo had disposable chopsticks in the cutlery drawer, which was awesome, because we had sushi that night. :) Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

STAY AT EDGEWATER

THIS IS OUR 13TH YEAR AT EDGEWATER THE SAME TIME EVERY YEAR SO WE BASICALLY HAVE STAYED IN EVERY BUILDING BUT REALLY OUR PREFERENCE IS TOWER 2...THE CONDO WAS LOVELY AND DECORATED QUITE NICE BUT VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ALL THE CONSTRUCTION WORK EVERYDAY AND ALSO THE CONDO DOES NEED SOME ATTENTION TO THE MAINTENANCE ,.. WE COULD NOT USE OUT SLIDING DOOR IN LIVING ROOM OR MASTER BEDROOM . DUE I DON'T KNOW WHY IT WOULD AND COULD NOT BE OPENED ALSO THE CAULKING AROUND THE OUTSIDE OF THE UNIT WAS FALLING DOWN .....THE FURNISHINGS WERE VERY NICE BUT COUCHES ARE SLIGHTLY WORN OUT SO NOT SO COMFY ANYMORE BUT THE UPGRADES HAVE BEEN DONE REALLY WELL BUT THE BATHROOMS AND WASHER AND DRYER DO NEED TO BE REPLACED AND REDONE .....THE ONLY THING THAT BOTHERED ME WHICH I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES OF SAFETY OR TO BE SCARED WAS THE DOORS NONE OF THEM LOCKED THE SLIDING DOORS THAT IS AND ALSO NO TELEPHONE IN THE CONDO TO USE....ALSO NO POOL TAGS FOR THE PROPERTY TO HAVE IN CASE WE WHERE APPROACHED WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD TO HAVE THOSE UNLESS SOMETHING CHANGED BUT EVERYONE ELSE AT POOL AND BEACH HAD THEM ON.....ONE BIG ISSUE IS THAT EVERYTHING COOKED IN THE UPPER CONDO ABOVE IT LITERALLY CAME IN THE UNIT IN THE KITCHEN AREA VERY STRONG...IF ALSO I WOULD HAVE KNOWN ABOUT HAVING TO PAY 2 DIFFERENT FEES WHICH I HAVE NEVER DONE I WOULD HAVE WENT THRU THE OWNER ONLY..ALSO WHEN PICKING UP THE PASSES AND CODES THEY ARE LEFT IN DROP BOX ANYONE CAN GET THEM OUT AND I ASSUME GO TO THE CONDO NO ONE THERE OR NO CODE FOR A BOX TO RETRIEVE I LIKE HAVING ALL INFO MAILED TO ME BEFORE I ARRIVE.....THE VIEWS AND THE AREA IS WONDERFUL BUT AGAIN IT CAUGHT US OFF GUARD WITH THE MAINTENANCE AND THE CONSTRUCTION GOING ON NEVER HAVE BEEN THERE DURING THIS TIME....BUT I UNDERSTAND IT HAS TO BE DONE ....AGAIN THIS IS NOT IN ANYWAY SAYING THAT I WOULDN'T STAY THERE AGAIN I JUST FEEL LIKE SOME ISSUES NEED TO BE ADDRESSED...THE CONDO WAS CLEAN ...AND VERY WELL DECORATED ....IT WAS A GREAT STAY IF WEATHER WOULD HAVE COOPERATED EVERYDAY WHICH MOTHER NATURE HAD OTHER PLANS WOULD HAVE MADE IT A LITTLE NICER....AGAIN THANKS FOR THE USE OF YOUR CONDO AND I HOPE THIS REVIEW HELPS YOU AND DOESN'T OFFEND YOU PERSONALLY

Love at first sight

This condo was huge and the view breathtaking. The only bad thing I would say is I fell in love and had to leave... truly heartbreaking :-) the condo had everything you needs except food which Walmart is only a view lights away. This is the best condo we’ve stayed in in PC out of the five we’ve rented. The location is ideal everything was right there. The heated pool, and beach was very nice. The unit includes beach toys and everything.

THE CONDO ITSELF WAS VERY NICE FURNISHINGS BUT COULD USE SOME UPDATING AND ALSO THE EXTERIOR DOORS AND CAULKING WAS VERY NOTICEABLE FALLING DOWN AND PAINT ON DECKING PEELING UP IN BIG PATCHES,,,,BUT THE DOORS NOT HAVING LOCKS AND NO POOL TAGS WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING AND THE WASHER AND DRYER DOES NEED UPDATING,,,,BUT OVERALL I WOULD STAY AGAIN BUT NOT GO THRU VASCA DUE TO THE DIFFERENT FEES BEING PAID I HAVE ALWAYS RENTED VBRO FROM THE OWNER ONLY AND WILL DO THAT AGAIN ......BUT THE HOME IS NICE BUT THERE WAS TO MUCH MAINTANCE GOING ON AT THIS TIME OF YEAR FOR THE PRICE WE PAID I WAS DISAPPOINTED
