About this property

This tropical cottage is ready for summer friends! Come stay in Frankfort and discover Northern Michigan's beautiful coastline and all the activites it has to offer. Our cottage is perfect for two people looking for a getaway, whether it be a weekend trip or week-long stay, the Little Blue House will provide you with a comfortable visit.

The house is equipped with Spectrum internet. There is no TV in the home.

Located in the city of Frankfort, this remodeled 1 Bed/1 Bath home is ready to go. There is a queen size Casper mattress in the bedroom. The house can accommodate four people; there is a futon in the living room with a set of sheets available. However, please keep in mind we have a small cottage and you will be in close proximity. Each additional person after the first two is an added $15/day.

We have a fully equipped kitchen with abundant counter space, a dining room table, and dishwasher. There is a laundry room with available washer and dryer for you to use. We do have an air conditioning unit in the bedroom that will quickly cool the whole house.

There is a deck with outdoor seating off the back of the cottage, with a nice view of our large wooded lot. Provided is a gas grill and a plenty of parking space for your cars.

Our cottage is in a quiet neighborhood in the city of Frankfort. We are conveinently located 5 blocks from the local supermarket, 6 blocks from the downtown Frankfort shops, and 8 blocks from the city beach. Frankfort is close to Crystal Mountain, Point Betsie, numerous hiking and biking trails, and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore.

Fall Getaway

Our stay at the little blue house was exactly what we were looking for. The house had everything we needed and such charm. Perfect location- a quick walk to downtown Frankfort. Comfortable bed, clean shower, and overall the perfect stay. Would definitely go back! Thank you, Lauren!

Little Blue House

Very clean and comfortable cottage. Check-in was a breeze and communication with owner was excellent. Also, the cottage is walking distance to town which was really great. Lots of shops, pubs and nicer restaurants. I’m very happy that I close the Little Blue House 😁

The Little Blue House exceeded our expectations. It was exceptionally clean and located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The house was decorated very tastefully and made us feel very welcomed. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect little blue house

House is super cute and clean! Many thoughtful little extras. Loved the patio deck with overhead lights and surrounded by beautiful daisies! We also enjoyed the recorded player and extensive albums! Great location, easy walk to downtown. Would definitely recommend!

We are passionate about Frankfort in all four of it's wonderful seasons! This little blue abode is our first house flipping venture, we have big dreams for it and are constantly making improvements. Come spend time here and enjoy our community as much as we do!

It's perfect for 2 people, which is rare to find in this community made up of large homes. We have no stairs within the home and have enlarged all doorways for more of an open floor plan. Our home is a warm and inviting place we hope all traveling couples can enjoy.
