The central bathroom has a bath & shower, laundry with washing machine & separate toilet.

Sit back and relax in the large Kitchen/Dining/Living area with TV, DVD, VCR, stereo, R/C heating/cooling & seperate games/reading room. The full equiped kitchen with microwave & dishwasher, dining for 6 and four bar stools.

The living area also opens out onto a large deck with Gas BBQ, outdoor heater & outdoor setting, with plenty of room for everyone.

Great fully fenced back yard for the kids to play and a double carport.
