Nice apartment in the historic center of Beaune very bright of 80m2( 810 square feet) with : 2 bedrooms with a 160cm wide double room bed and an other with twin beds, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen , a bath room bath shower and a separate toilet.The apartment is very secure.A particularity:one bedroom is necessarily the 'hallway' for the other bedroom.The accomodation is fully furnished with all linen and towels as well as . TV, wifi, washing machine, dish-washer.

This apartment was awesome!

We loved this apartment in Beaune. Anne met us at the station and drove us to the apartment, however, it is also an easy 10 minute walk from the station. The apartment is in a wonderful location. It is clean and well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. It has a very open feeling, with lots natural light and windows. The location to the center of Beaune and the train station make this apartment ideal. I highly recommend this apartment, and Anne is very professional and easy to work with.

Fantastic property right in the center of Beaune!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Anne's property. We were literally minutes from anywhere in Beaune and the property was very clean & updated. A big thank you to Anne who waited an extra hour for us to arrive as we ran into traffic coming from Paris. She was very easy to communicate with and we were so appreciative to stay at her property.

We Loved Anne's Beaune Apartment

My wife and I spent three nights at Anne's apartment in Beaune and found it to be a perfect spot for us. Anne was great with pre-stay communications and very responsive to emails and texts as we made arrangements to meet and move in to the apartment. She spent time with us showing us around the apartment and sharing some of her tourism tips with us. She had a folder of "favorites" and plenty of brochures for us to look over as we decided what to do during our visit. The apartment is located down a quiet side street, maybe 100 yards from the main town center area. We found parking around the apartment and, with Anne's help, utilized free parking on the ring road around town (just a short walk away). The apartment was very spacious for just two of us. The beds were firm and comfortable. Double sinks in the bathroom were a plus. The apartment is a couple of flights of stairs up but the stairwell was wide and easy to maneuver on. We very much appreciated Anne's hospitality and lodging and highly recommend this apartment.

Spacious apartment in central Beaune

Anne met us on arrival, explained everything we needed to know about the accommodation and was very helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to see. She kept in communication during our stay to make sure everything was ok.

We stayed three nights and were able to self cater in the well equipped kitchen.

The apartment is within easy walking distance to many of Beaunes attractions, wonderful shops, restaurants and

is also very close to the railway station.

Would highly recommend.

Great Flat in the Middle of Historic Beaune

We spent a weekend in Burgundy, using this great flat as a home base for our exploration of the wine region. It was located in the middle of Beaune, so the Hospice and a bunch of great restaurants were a short walk away, not to mention Domaine Bouchard was just up the street. The apartment was a perfect size for two couples and was in great shape. We cooked in the kitchen, which was very large and had enough plates, pots and pans to prepare dinner with the help of great produce at the Saturday Beaune Farmers Market a five minute walk away. Anne was a joy to deal with and was extremely timely with her responses to questions and inquiries. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, bright, and absolutely clean

Beautifully decorated, bright, absolutely clean, and centrally located (yet quiet) apartment in Beaune. About 10 minute walk from the train station. We stayed in three different apartment in France during our trip, and this was the best apartment we stayed in. We stayed four nights. Kitchen is fully equipped along with NESPRESSO, a very popular espresso machine in France. Both beds were very comfortable. Nice HOT shower. The owner, Anne, was very responsive, helpful, and accomidating, and she has all information together, from emergency medical contact to all shops she recommends, in a booklet that you can refer to any time. The best bakery is less than a minute walk from the apartment!
