The living room has a dining table and 6 chairs; 2 very comfortable sofas and arm chairs flat screen TV with satellite service (including english news channels), a DVD player and CD player and Wifi and broadband internet access. The living room opens up onto a large terrace (approx 15msq) with table and chairs (perfect for outdoor dining) - the terrace is south facing on to a courtyard and garden and quiet. There is also a 2nd north facing terrace. The living room and two bedrooms all open directly on to the terrace.The master bedroom has a large double bed and storage cupboards and ensuite full bathroom - with double windows/doors leading out onto terrace. The 2nd bedroom has quality twin beds, storage cupboards and ensuite shower-room with window/door onto front terrace. There is a fold-up bed available also.The ensuite bathroom has a bath with stand-in bath shower bidet and WC and wash basin and the ensuite shower-room has shower and basin and WC there is also a further independent WC in the hallway. A hairdryer is also provided.This is an truly fully equipped kitchen - with large fridge/freezer, Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and full utensils - with marble work-top.The development is part of the same development as the hotel prestigious 5* hotel Le Palais de Mediterranee (though you cannot use directly the hotel facilities) and there is direct access through the building to the Promenade des Anglais - this is one of the most prestigious locations of Nice - in the heart of Carre D'Or - with direct access to sea front and approx 5 minutes walk to old town.There is air-cooling/heating system throughout. This is a luxurious development and very secure - with 24 hour gardienage - this would make an ideal base for a family looking for a quality apartment in a great location.
Very modern flat let down by the poor quality of the furnishings and kitchenware. Felt like everything came from a second-hand shop.
Balcony furniture plastic and torn, sofa stained, dinning chair cushions filthy. Bedframe in master bedroom broken.
Kitchenware was mainly plastic and didn’t feel clean. (Note the agency did promptly react to our feedback and bough in some china ware) Coffee machine had mould all over it. We re-
washed all kitchenware.
So basically a very nice flat in a very central location, but lacking TLC and obviously done on the cheap with no care. Such a shame… especially as the low rent feel was not reflected in a low rent !!
We won’t be going back not will we use Go Nice again.
By the way there is no meet and greet… you just collect the keys at Nice airport and at the end you just leave… We were there 2 weeks, never met anyone from the agency…
The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. The place of it was really perfect. It was very close to the sea side. You can go any popular place in Nice by walk.
We really enjoyed our stay. The only problem was that the lift of the apartment was broken in the first day of our stay and was not repaired till the day we left. Thus we had to climb the stairs. If there was not such a problem I would rate it with 5 starts. I definitely recommend it. Fortunately, I decided to rent this apartment and cancelled our booking in an hotel.
We are a returning client to Go-Nice, as we used them once before, but not in this apartment. So I will definitely recommend Go-Nice. I will also recommend this apartment and would hopefully stay here again. Great location for the beach, restaurants, shops. Clean, spacious apartment with good appliances. Very prompt customer service by Go- Nice. Blockage in the bathroom sink was resolved whilst we were out pretty much straight after we have reported the issue via e-mail. Taxi firm that was recommended by Go-Nice was great too with meet & greet on arrival with the keys, with on the dot collection from the apartment back to the airport and with very pleasant drivers.
