Capacity for up to 8 persons, excellent connectivity by public transportation

I’m a special apartment. Do you want to know a secret? Years ago I was worn-out and about to be demolished. But then, someone looked at me tenderly, saw my potential, saw the value in my wooden beams and my vaulted ceilings, refurbished everything else and turned me into a dream apartment for visitors in Barcelona. I combine classical and contemporary elements. I’ve got 80 m2, four bedrooms (one double, two twins and another one for kids) and capacity for up to eight persons.

I also have a living-room and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette, two design bathrooms with classic design details, and a balcony with views to the Park l’Escorxador and the famous sculpture Dona i Ocell by Joan Miró, and the old bullfighting ring Las Arenas, which has been today turned into a shopping mall.

I’m located in one of the calmest and most comfortable areas of Barcelona: the Eixample, and less than 5 minutes walking from Plaza de España, one of the main key centers in Barcelona.

My location and capacity make me a fantastic option for family trips or for business trips. The conference and event centre Fira Barcelona is less than 10 minutes walking. Other attractive sites in my area are the Montjuïc with its Magic Fountain, the shopping mall Las Arenas, the Sants neighbourhood and the Paralelo. Las Ramblas are just 4 metro stations away.

I have admirable connections: two minutes walking from the metro station (station Tarragona), and less than 10 minutes walking from the Sants train station and the airport bus Aerobus.

The nearest metro station is 'Tarragona', which is at only 50 meters of the apartment. The apartment has the perfect logistic position for your vacation: The metro will take you downtown in a matter of minutes so you can explore the Gothic Quarter, Las Ramblas, El Borne, Passeig de Gracia, Catalunya Square, the harbor and so on. Surroundings are very vital, but safe and clean, just beside a big and nice park. Not noisy at all, this is very different to the touristic center of the city. The Street is very quiet. In the same street you have a supermarket open till 21h Monday to Saturday, fish shop, pharmacy, cafeterias, restaurants, and furniture outlet, basically everything.

Terrific Experience

The apartment was exactly as described and perfect for a large group visiting Barcelona. Major train stations were very close (Sants and Plaça d'Espanya) and smaller stop (Tarragona) was right around the corner. Very conveniently located to anything in BCN.

The owner was incredibly helpful in finding local restaurants and shopping. There is a grocery and bakery one half block away, but for groceries, we found the Hipermercat near Sants station cheaper and with more variety.

The streets outside this apartment are quiet and no one in our party felt unsafe.

Great quality apartment, everything we needed

Clean, decent sized bedrooms and perfect for our stay. Close to metro station, great little bar and shop next door. Would recommend and would return!

Staying In Barcelona in Sept 2012

We chose this accommodation because it was recommended by a friend. We spent 4 days here, before we got on the Princess Ruby. Small kitchen and living room which was perfect for us. We were with one other couple. There were 4 bedrooms, one with a balcony. Used the washer and driver. Internet was great. 2 bathrooms with hair blowers (awesome for us girls). Very quiet and quiet. Great price vs booking a hotel room without all these extras. . Close to the metro which we road daily. 10 passes. We bought the senior hop on hop off tour bus for 22E. Just down the street from our apt was an old arena which was converted into a 5 floor shopping centre. (less than 5 minutes to walk) How cool is that. And great restaurants too. Then just up the street from the arena, was the magic fountain, with a wonderful light display which apparently was not working when we were there. But is suppose to be fantastic. Took the metro to La Rambla, which we loved. We would definitely book this place again. Dikieson, Sherwood Park, AB, Canada.

Nice Flat

We were 2 couples with 4 children (3,6,7 and 10 years old) and we spent 5 days in Barcelona. We found this flat easy to access (close to Placa Espanya), easy for food (a small supermarket is at 20 m from the flat). The nearest Metro is Tarragona (100 m from the flat). The owner is very nice and helpful / just one thing maybe to mention : the flat doesn't have a lot of windows so you will always need to use the lights even if it's sunny outside / the rest is ideal !!! Great Home Base

This was our first experience with renting an apartment, rather than staying at a hotel. We had a very positive experience and will definitely try it again. Actually we have already booked a private villa in Grand Cayman for next March!

Thank you to Cesar for the great location! We were far enough away from the noisey tourist area but just a short subway ride away to take advantage of most tourist attractions that Barcelona had to offer.

There was a handy neighbourhood grocery store and the most delicious bakery around the corner. We sure missed the pastries when we arrived home.

The apartment was beautiful and quite comfortable for the 4 adults that were there. There was definitley room to accomodate more than 4. It was very handy to have 2 bathrooms, it made getting ready to leave the apartment so much easier.

We did not actually try any of the neighbourhood restaurants but there were 2-3 place right on the same block as the apartment.

The apartment enjoys the perfect location for your vacation in Barcelona.

It is just 4 metro stops away from the city center (Las Ramblas). Close to the apartment is the convention centre of Fira de Montjuich and Plaça d’Espanya. From here you are just minutes away from Montjuich mountain, where various sightseeing attractions are located, like Poble Espanyol, the Olympic stadium, the Amusement Park, the National Museum of Catalunya where, on weekend nights, you can enjoy the Magic Fountain show.

The nearest metro station is 'Tarragona', which is only 50 meters away from the apartment.

The metro will take you downtown in a matter of minutes so you can explore the Gothic Quarter, Las Ramblas, El Borne, Passeig de Gracia, Catalunya Square, the harbour and so on. Surroundings are very vital, but safe and clean, just beside a big and nice park. Not noisy at all, which makes a great difference if compared to the turistic centre of the city. The street is very quiet.
