This lovely spacious 5th floor apartment (with lift) All the rooms have large sliding doors leading to the terrace and all rooms are air-conditioned. Dining can be taken outdoors on the table and chairs provided. There is also outdoor lounging furniture on which to take the sun and when things get too hot, there are full-length retractable sun blinds to provide shade.The apartment is very convenient to the railway station for trips along the Riviera and there are lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and patisseries (for your morning croissant on the terrace) nearby. This apartment has a truly relaxed and comfortable feel. The large living room has a big screen TV (English satellite TV including BBC, ITV, CNN and Sky news) it has free internet/wifi (fibre optic - so very fast) a mini home theater system, a double sofa-bed and two armchairs.The master bedroom has a high quality super-king size bed and fully fitted cupboards. The second bedroom has two high quality single beds that can be pushed together, as well as its own fitted cupboards.The main bathroom is stunning. It has a deluxe corner bath and separate shower cubicle, with quality marble tiling throughout. There is also a further separate shower room next to the second bedroom.There is a fully equipped 'American' kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.High speed Internet is provided via Wifi and Ethernet port - this is fibre optic so very fast. This is an exceptionally comfy apartment, but what makes its unique is the surround terrace. This is south and west facing, so there is sun throughout day and evening, with views of the city and hills. This apartment is perfect for a family or two couples sharing -- great location and stunning terrace.
Cleaning and linen charge:

Also included is a welcome pack with good quality bottle of bio Rose wine, orange juice, water and biscuits and also a small sample of L'occitane toiletries.

We booked this apartment based on previous reviews, and we were not disappointed. The apartment was described accurately. We were two couples, and we really appreciated the room and the comfort. It was not warm enough to enjoy the large deck, but drying laundry out there was very convenient! There are very good shade awnings, good ceiling fans and good air conditioning which we did run. We loved popping out in the morning for bread and croissants to savor with our coffee in the morning. There are enough small markets close by to satisfy our needs. Do not plan on parking close by. We decided on the long term parking at the train station just blocks away. There are two very handy helpful hints binders in the apartment. We really enjoyed our five nights in this apartment.
We enjoyed our stay immensely and the property was ideal for two adults and 2 teen children. The location was good, within easy walking distance of train station and central areas of Nice. We used the excellent train service to visit Cannes, and Boit (near Antibes) for the Aquasplash water park which the girls loved, one day and Monte Carlo another day.
We found the Go-Nice staff very helpful and in particular Paul Manion the owner. We were due to leave the apartment the day after the terrible lorry incident in Nice on the 14th July. Fortunately we had decided to watch the fireworks from the balcony and were only aware of the tragedy on receiving calls from the UK. Paul very kindly let us continue to use the apartment long past our departure time in order for us to wait until our taxi was due to go to the airport. We were very grateful and hope this incident does not deter too many tourists.
Absolutely beautiful apartment, with everything you need. Stunning balcony with sun all day long. Apartment very central to train station for day trips to Monaco, Cannes and Antibes is a must. Lovely shops and restaurants near by. I contacted the owner and left a message when I thought I had locked myself out of the apartment and panicked, the owner returned my call within a few minutes to help. I found this very reassuring and will definately recommend Go-Nice to family and friends. I also cant wait to go back and stay in this beautiful apartment. Lovely memories.

Great apartment with wonderful balcony close to the train station, shopping and other attractions. Comfortable, quiet and clean. We loved eating breakfast outside every day. Very spacious for our family of 4. Not in the swankiest neighborhood but that didn't bother us. Would highly recommend!
The apartment is located in the 'Musiciens district, about five minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais, beaches and the pedestrian zone as well as from the new tram line that goes to the bus station and old town (3 stops).
