On entry into this 5th floor (top floor) apartment you are in the livingroom with american kitchen - the livingroom has a single sofabed and flat screen TV (with english Sat channels BBC, ITV, Sky news etc) and internet/Wifi access, from the livingroom you have a glass covered conservatory area which gives you options for dining. The stunning aspect of this apartment is the 15 meter south facing roof terrace - which has great views and is facing south so is an absolute sun trap - there is outdoor table and 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers. The bedroom has a kingsize bed with cupboard.The shower area is accessed from the livingroom and bedroom and includes shower, hand basin and toilet. At the rear of apartment is further 2nd balcony. The kitchen facilities include washing machine, oven, toaster, kettle, fridge. There is airconditioning in livingroom and bedroom.This is a very unique property - perfect for couples (not suitable for young children) and in an ideal central location.
Cleaning and linen charge:
To offer a high standard presentation of apartment - There is an additional 100 euro payment which covers your end-of-stay cleaning and fresh professionally laundered, high quality linens and towels.
Also included is a welcome pack with good quality bottle of bio Rose wine, orange juice, water and biscuits and also a small sample of L'occitane toiletries.
This is paid at the end of your stay in cash full details are provided on booking. This an additional to the rental price shown on the right of screen.
This apartment comes with linens and towels for 2 persons.

Sofabed: If you require use of sofa-bed linens and towels (for an additional 1 or 2 persons) 40 euro
Baby cot: a fold-up baby cot and linens can be added to apartment: 30 euro

Any additional services will be added to the cleaning cash payment at the end-of-your stay.

Easy to find, good location. Basic .Could use upgraded furniture. Patio wonderful but dead plants, not very clean, had to wash table and chaises which didn't match. Leave extra supplies please, ie. toilet paper, paper towel., detergent , extra dish cloths and towels would be nice.
overall liked it, able to do laundry, Very bad smell when entering apt., had to open windows, could not find source
This apt is a gem but needs some TLC and a few upgrades and it would be outstanding. I would consider using again. Thanks
do not plan in coocking nice french meals as the kitchen is really very unpracticale.
definetely too small for more than 2 persons! athough is can accommodate 5!
the terrace however is very spacious and offers an open vieuw.
Cleaning: the terrace was dirty although it has a tile floor easy to clean.
the kitchen cupboards were greassy.
the bathroom definetely needs a make over as well as the rest of the appartment.
The pans were also greassy and as for the plates, they were hopeless to use!
I gave an average because of the Terrace which makes this place acceptable. Another + point is that there is a supermarket 5 minuntes down the street and the street is quiet at night.
Right in the middle of main pedestrian zone in central Nice 100 meters from Promenade and beach and 500 meters from old town - this is a perfect central location.
