Terrific house
Our two families of four had a wonderful long weekend here. Plenty of space, very clean and comfortable. Very well appointed with pots/pans/plates, etc. in the kitchen, towels for the bathrooms and pool, and even toys for the pool. The house has a great layout for families, with all the bedrooms on one floor, and the pool was great to have in the heat. Location is central. Very much as advertised--we'd definitely stay again.

30th B-Day Staycation
Had a great stay here for my wife's 30th birthday with a bunch of our friends. The pool is great! There are plenty of beds and baths for folks to spread out. The kitchen is spacious and full of fancy amenities. We would definitely stay here again!
LOVE THIS PLACE!
This is the second time we've stayed here and the first time with a pool. It was clean, comfortable, well appointed and the pool is awesome - particularly since it was so hot. We love to be able to walk to SOCO. Lee is responsive and friendly. We'll always try to get this house when we come to our favorite city.

Great house. Great location.
Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms with everything you need to cook. The house is cold in the morning, which is good in hotter months. But we couldn't warm up. Finally figured out the heater after 3 days and it was fine. There was plenty of hot water for all of us to shower. Internet connection great in main part of house but barely worked downstairs in the bedrooms. I recommend this house as overall had a great visit to Austin with family.
Location
The South Congress area has become the center of chic South Austin shops, boutiques, bars, restaurants, and legendary live music venues like the Continental Club.
